Penix completed 12 of 28 passes for 177 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-25 overtime loss to the Colts.

The second-year QB also tossed a two-point conversion but got sacked three times and lost a fumble. It's the third straight game in which Penix has failed to complete 60 percent of his passes, although Sunday's 42.9 percent mark was by far a season low. Drake London remains his lone reliable downfield threat, and the duo hooked up for a 16-yard TD in the second quarter and a two-point conversion in the fourth for the Falcons' final points on the day. Penix will try to turn things around on the accuracy front in Week 11 against the Panthers.

Woods has a hamstring injury and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Colts, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.

The linebacker made four tackles (two solo) before exiting. Woods has played primarily on special teams this season.

Malone (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Colts, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.

Malone picked up the injury in the second half, which is severe enough for him to not return. The 2022 third-rounder has been deployed mostly on special teams, but his absence depletes the Falcons' depth at inside linebacker for the rest of Sunday's contest.

Williams is active for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

The 30-year-old weakside linebacker logged 22 defensive snaps in the Week 9 loss to the Rams where he totaled three tackles (two solo) including 1.0 sacks. He will likely be placed in the same defensive role against the Panthers as a rotational outside linebacker.

Stewart (head) was cleared to return to Sunday's game against the Falcons, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.

Stewart was taken to the locker room early in the third quarter to be evaluated for a possible concussion, but he managed to clear tests from medical staff and was back on the field for the Colts at the end of the same frame. Stewart and Neville Gallimore will continue to operate as the Colts' two main defensive tackles due to the absence of DeForest Buckner (neck - IR).

Taylor will serve as the backup to starting quarterback Justin Fields in Sunday's game against the Browns, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

After coming on in relief of a struggling Fields in the Jets' Week 7 loss to the Panthers, Taylor appeared poised to take over as the team's starting quarterback in Week 8. However, Taylor emerged from the loss to the Panthers with a knee contusion, and after he wasn't able to advance beyond limited participation that week, the Jets stuck with Fields as their starter. Fields proceeded to turn in one of his best performances of the season as the Jets claimed their first win in a 39-38 victory over the Bengals, and he'll get the chance to build on that positive outing coming out of New York's Week 9 bye. Taylor was a full participant in practice throughout Week 10 and has moved past the injury, so the Jets likely won't hesitate to turn to him if Fields is unable to move the offense early on in Sunday's contest.

Renfrow (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Saints, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

The wide receiver is now a healthy scratch for the fourth consecutive week as Carolina continues to ride a receiving corps led by Tetairoa McMillan, Xavier Legette and Jalen Coker. Renfrow has 15 catches for 89 yards and two scores in six games this season.

Haggard (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Despite the extra rest courtesy of the Week 9 bye and his full practice participation during Week 10 prep, Haggard's shoulder injury is severe enough for him to miss a third consecutive game. With Haggard and Elijah Klein (coach's decision) both inactive, Michael Jordan will get the start at right guard Sunday.

Tremayne (hip) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Saints, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

The wide receiver popped up on the injury report Thursday, when had to miss practice, but he upgraded to full participation the next day. With Hunter Renfrow a healthy scratch for Sunday, the Panthers are riding with Tetairoa McMillan, Xavier Legette, Jalen Coker, Jimmy Horn and Dan Chisena as their wide receivers. Tremayne has 10 catches for 116 yards and no touchdowns on the year.

Goedeke (foot) is active for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Goedeke was activated from injured reserve Saturday and has been cleared to return from a foot injury that has sidelined him since Week 2. He should reclaim his starting job at right tackle while Charlie Heck reverts to a reserve role.
