The Titans reverted Kinsey to their practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Kinsey was elevated to the active roster ahead of this past Sunday's loss to New England and played four of 53 snaps on offense along with 22 snaps on special teams. Kinsey didn't get into the box score on offense but did notch one tackle in the return game. Whether Kinsey gets another look on gameday in Week 8 versus Indianapolis could depend on whether Calvin Ridley (hamstring) and/or Bryce Oliver (knee) are ready to return to action.

Turner reverted to the 49ers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Turner was elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's 20-10 win over the Falcons, failing to record any stats on offensive while playing 10 snaps with the unit. With Ricky Pearsall (knee) unavailable, Turner's 10 offensive snaps ranked fourth at wide receiver, behind Jauan Jennings (57), Kendrick Bourne (52) and Demarcus Robinson (23). Additionally, Turner compiled two tackles on kick coverage and one takedown on punt coverage in Week 7. The wide receiver will now have to be officially signed to the active roster to appear in another game this season.

Humphrey reverted to the Giants' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

In this past Sunday's loss to Denver, Humphrey led New York's wideouts with 74 offensive snaps (out of a possible 77), though he got only two targets and didn't catch either of him. Malik Nabers (knee) is out for the season, so Humphrey could eventually be signed to the active roster to provide every-week receiver depth. His role could be reduced, however, when Darius Slayton (hamstring) is ready to return to action.

Jenkins was elevated from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's 28-22 win over the Vikings, failing to record any stats while playing five snaps on offense and 19 snaps with the special-teams unit. The tight end can be elevated two more times before he'd have to be officially signed to the active roster.

Jennings reverted to the Patriots' practice squad Monday.

Jennings was elevated to the active roster for the second straight week and ended up seeing some work in the waning minutes of Sunday's 31-13 win over the Titans, carrying five times for 18 yards. The running back played nine snaps on offense, matching rookie TreVeyon Henderson for second among New England running backs behind Rhamondre Stevenson (49 snaps). Jennings can be elevated one more time before he would have to be officially signed to the Patriots' 53-man roster in order to suit up in future weeks.

Reddick (knee/ankle) is questionable to return to Monday night's contest against the Lions, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Reddick was landed on by Lions offensive tackle Penei Sewell in the fourth quarter, potentially suffering both knee and ankle injuries as a result. Considering the linebacker exited so late in the game, it seems unlikely Reddick will be able to return. In his absence, Anthony Nelson is a top candidate to see an increased workload with Tampa Bay's defense.

Rivers was elevated from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's 35-7 win over the Jaguars, failing to record any stats while playing one snap on offense and nine snaps with the special-teams unit. The running back is eligible to be elevated two more times before he'd have to be officially signed to the active roster.

Ya-Sin is questionable to return to Monday's game against Tampa Bay due to cramps, Justin Rogers of DetroitFootball.net reports.

Ya-Sin has come in and out of the game for much of the second half. He's made several postiive plays in coverage filling in for a beat-up Detroit secondary, but his night may be done early.

Cunningham is questionable to return to Monday's game against the Buccaneers due to a hamstring injury, Justin Rogers of DetroitFootball.net reports.

Cunningham returned from a three-game absence caused by a hamstring injury for Monday's game but has seemingly aggravated the issue. That would suggest he's unlikely to return, though he hasn't officially been ruled out.

Hines reverted to the Chargers' practice squad Monday.

Hines was elevated to the active roster for a second straight game in Week 7, playing just one snap with the offense in Sunday's 38-24 loss to the Colts. The running back instead made his biggest mark on special teams, where he returned four kickoffs for 98 yards. With Hassan Haskins (hamstring) listed as a non-participant on Monday's estimated injury report, Hines could be a candidate for elevation again in Week 8 with the Chargers facing the Vikings on Thursday.
