Falcons coach Raheem Morris said Friday that he's "feeling good" about Mooney (hamstring) playing in Sunday's game at San Francisco, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Mooney didn't practice Friday after limited participation the previous two days, but it sounds like that was part of a plan and not indicative of a setback. Fantasy managers would still be wise to consider the wideout uncertain ahead of Sunday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff, with Mooney yet to log a full practice since injuring his hamstring Week 4.

Laube (hamstring) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game at Kansas City.

Laube hurt his hamstring in Week 6 versus the Titans and started the Raiders' new week of practice on the sideline, but he'll ultimately be healthy enough to suit up in Week 7. He has not played any offensive snaps over his last three games, so he figures to factor in mostly on special teams.

Green (neck) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Falcons, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Green has been able to play through his neck issue during San Francisco's past two games, so it may be that he's on the "probable" end of the official questionable designation. If for some reason he can't play in Week 7, however, 2023 fifth-rounder Darrell Luter could be in line for extra work on the boundary.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Friday that Cowing (hamstring) is "getting close" to returning from injured reserve, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

The 2024 fourth-rounder pulled his hamstring during training camp in late July, and the injury was severe enough for Cowing to start the regular season on injured reserve. He would be eligible to return to practice once the 49ers designate him to return from IR, which could happen as soon as next week leading up to the 49ers' Week 8 clash against the Texans on Sunday, Oct. 26.

Kirk (hamstring) was limited at practice Friday.

Kirk wasn't listed on Thursday's initial injury report, so his addition a day later is notable. Added context regarding his status will arrive no later than Saturday when the Texans post their Week 7 injury designations ahead of Monday night's game against the Seahawks. If Kirk is limited or out versus Seattle, Xavier Hutchinson, Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel would be candidates to absorb added snaps alongside top WR Nico Collins.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Friday that the 49ers will likely activate Givens (pectoral) from injured reserve ahead of Sunday's game against the Falcons, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Givens is in the final stages of his recovery from a pectoral injury that he sustained during training camp in early August. He was a full participant in practice all week and is on track to make his 2025 debut against Atlanta, and his return would likely mean less snaps at defensive tackle for Alfred Collins and CJ West. Givens logged 11 tackles (six solo), including 3.5 sacks, across eight regular-season games in 2024.

Gross-Matos (knee/hamstring) is listed as out for Sunday's game versus Atlanta, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Gross-Matos will miss a second consecutive game as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury he suffered in Week 5 against the Rams, as well as a knee issue. In his absence, Sam Okuayinonu projects to see an uptick in snaps at defensive end.

Parkinson (concussion) does not have an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.

Parkinson was sidelined in Week 6 due to a concussion. However, he practiced in full throughout the week leading up to the matchup against the Jaguars and should be in line to play around 30 percent of offensive snaps.

Stout (shoulder) injured his ankle during Thursday's practice and is questionable to play against the Falcons on Sunday, Noah Furtado of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Friday that Stout injured his ankle during the final play of Thursday's practice. The injury puts the rookie third-rounder in jeopardy of missing Sunday's home game, and his status may not be officially announced until approximately 90 minutes prior to the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Jason Pinnock and Malik Mustapha could be deployed in nickel packages if Stout is not cleared to play.

Wyatt (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Wyatt originally suffered the knee injury in Week 4 and was considered week-to-week. This will mark his second consecutive absence, though it's been three weeks since the injury due to a bye week. Wyatt was unable to practice in any capacity during the week, suggesting he may not be all that close to returning.
