The Titans waived Restrepo on Monday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

After surviving the initial 53-man roster cutdown, Restrepo was let go to make room for several new additions to the team off waivers. The wide receiver will now be subject to waivers himself, and if he clears, will likely end up with the Titans' practice squad. The second-year player spent most of his rookie season with the practice squad, but he did catch three passes on seven targets for 41 yards across 30 snaps from scrimmage over two games on the active roster.

Henning was waived by the Dolphins on Monday.

The wide receiver spent the 2025 season on Miami's practice squad after signing with the team as an undrafted free agent out of Northwestern. The Dolphins could sign him back to the practice squad if he clears waivers.

The Vikings waived Bell on Monday, Rob Kleifield of the team's official site reports.

Bell signed with the Vikings in late April as an undrafted free agent out of Georgia. The wide receiver participated in all three preseason games, catching seven passes for 59 yards. Bell will now be subject to waivers, and if he clears, will likely end up back with the Vikings' practice squad.

The Texans waived Mapu (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Mapu was waived/injured due to an undisclosed issue Aug. 24 and reverted to season-ending IR after going unclaimed on waivers. However, the injury settlement will allow him to suit up in 2026 once he returns to health and finds work with a new club. Mapu played in all 17 regular-season games with New England last year, posting 25 tackles, one forced fumble and five defensed passes, including an interception, while working both on defense and special teams.

Moore (undisclosed) reverted to the Commanders' injured-reserve list Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Moore cleared waivers after being waived/injured by the Commanders on Sunday. The tight end will now spend the entirety of the 2026 regular season on IR unless he is waived with an injury settlement.

Kennard (undisclosed) reverted to the Chargers' injured reserve Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Kennard was waived/injured Sunday and cleared waivers. As a result, he's reverted to IR. Kennard will consequently have to miss the entire 2026 season unless he works out an injury settlement with the Chargers.

Richardson (undisclosed) reverted to the Jets' injured-reserve list Monday, according to the NFL's official transaction log.

The running back was waived/injured Sunday after playing in the Jets' preseason game Friday against the Giants, in which he ran five times for 13 yards. Richardson was also waived by the Titans on Aug. 19. He will need to reach an injury settlement with New York to have a chance to play in 2026.

Jones (undisclosed) reverted to the Commanders' injured-reserve list Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Jones caught eight passes for 82 yards over three preseason contests with the Commanders. The wide receiver was waived with an injury designation Sunday and cleared waivers. Jones will spend the entirety of the 2026 regular season on IR unless he reaches an injury settlement with the Commanders.

Hulstein (undisclosed) reverted to the Jets' injured-reserve list Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

The tight end was waived/injured Sunday after participating in all three preseason games and making four catches for 25 yards. Hulstein signed with the Jets in early August as an undrafted free agent out of Marist. He will need to reach an injury settlement with New York to have a chance to play in 2026.

Lampe (undisclosed) reverted to the Seahawks' injured-reserve list Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

The Seahawks waived Lampe on Sunday with an injury designation. The fullback cleared waivers and will now spend the entirety of the 2026 regular season on injured reserve unless he is waived with an injury settlement.
