Saints' John Ridgeway: Could be nearing return
Ridgeway (shoulder) practiced fully Wednesday.
Ridgeway has been on injured reserve since late August and is eligible to return as soon as he's healthy. A full practice is a step in the right direction, but he'll need to be activated from injured reserve before he can return to game action.

Cardinals' Mack Wilson: Dealing with ankle issue
Wilson (ankle) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Isaac Yiadom CB | WAS
Saints' Isaac Yiadom: Sidelined to begin week
Yiadom (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday.

Saints' Chase Young: Encouraging progress

Chiefs' Omarr Norman-Lott: On track to play vs. Lions
Norman-Lott (shoulder) was a full participant at practice Wednesday.

Jack Sanborn LB | CHI
Cowboys' Jack Sanborn: Doesn't practice Wednesday
Sanborn (concussion) did not participate in Wednesday's practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Sanborn entered concussion protocol after taking a hit to the head during the Cowboys' Week 5 win over the Jets. The fourth-year linebacker would have to return to practice this week and be cleared from the league's protocol by an independent neurologist in order to play against the Panthers on Sunday. Rookie fifth-rounder Shemar James logged 15 tackles in Week 5 and would be in line to start against Carolina if Sanborn is not cleared to play.
-
Justin Reid S | NO
Saints' Justin Reid: Limited session Wednesday
Reid (concussion) logged a limited practice Wednesday.
Reid suffered a concussion in Sunday's win over the Giants and is in the league's protocol. He'll need to practice in full at some point this week to be available in Week 6 against the Patriots, but this was a positive start.

Trevon Diggs CB | SEA
Cowboys' Trevon Diggs: Still working through knee issue
Diggs (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Diggs continues to have his practice participation limited due to a lingering knee injury from the 2024 season. He hasn't missed a single regular-season game this year and played every defensive snap during the Cowboys' Week 5 win over the Jets, when he logged four tackles (one solo). Diggs will likely play against the Panthers on Sunday unless he suffers a setback over the coming days.
