Mekhi Becton OT | LAC
Chargers' Mekhi Becton: Questionable for Week 5
Becton (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Commanders.
Becton likely still needs to be cleared by an independent neurologist in order to gain clearance to play Sunday. The right guard missed last week's loss to the Giants, as Jamaree Salyer made the start in his place.

Tyler Booker G | DAL
Cowboys' Tyler Booker: Won't return for Week 5
Booker (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jets, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Booker will miss a second consecutive game due to a high-ankle sprain that he sustained during the Cowboys' Week 3 loss to the Bears. T.J. Bass is set to start at right guard for a second consecutive game in Booker's absence.
-
Tyler Smith G | DAL
Cowboys' Tyler Smith: Questionable to face Jets
Smith (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Smith was unable to practice all week due to a knee injury, but he hasn't been ruled out for Sunday's contest. If he's unable to play, Trevor Keegan would be the top candidate to start at left guard.
-
Josh Jones OT | SEA
Seahawks' Josh Jones: Not playing Week 5
Jones (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Jones will miss a second consecutive game due to an ankle injury. He wasn't able to practice this past week, but he'll look to return to the field ahead of the Seahawks' Week 6 contest against the Jaguars on Sunday, Oct. 12. Mason Richman will serve as the Seahawks' primary depth option at offensive tackle in Jones' absence.
-
Joe Alt OT | LAC
Chargers' Joe Alt: Won't suit up Sunday
Alt (ankle) is listed as out for Sunday's game versus the Commanders.
Alt was carted off the field in Week 4 against the Giants with a high-ankle sprain, so it doesn't come as a surprise that he won't be available in Week 5. In his stead, Austin Deculus is in line to start at left tackle Sunday versus Washington.
-
Emery Jones Jr. OT | BAL
Ravens' Emery Jones: Won't play in Week 5
Jones (shoulder) is listed as out for Sunday's game versus the Texans.
Despite being a full participant at practice Friday, Jones will spend at least one more week recovering from shoulder surgery before making his NFL debut. It seems like he should have good odds of suiting up for his first game come Week 6 versus the Rams.
-
Will Hernandez G | ARI
Cardinals' Will Hernandez: Questionable for Sunday vs. Titans
Hernandez (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus Tennessee, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Hernandez has been a limited participant at each practice since the season began as he continues to recover from the ACL tear he suffered back in 2024. If he's able to return to the field in Week 5, he could be in line for snaps right away as Arizona deals with multiple other injuries on the interior of its offensive line.
-
Taylor Decker OT | DET
Lions' Taylor Decker: Questionable against Cincinnati
Decker (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Decker dealt with a shoulder injury earlier in the season but has yet to miss a start and has logged over 97 percent of the Lions' offensive snaps through four games. Giovanni Manu would likely draw the start at left tackle if Decker is unable to play.
-
Spencer Brown OT | BUF
Bills' Spencer Brown: Questionable for Sunday vs. Pats
Brown (calf) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus New England.
Brown was limited at practice all week by the calf injury that held him out in Week 4 versus the Saints, likely giving him something near a 50/50 chance to play in Week 5. If he sits out for a second straight game Sunday, Ryan Van Demark should get another start at right tackle.
-
Zach Cunningham ILB | DET
Lions' Zach Cunningham: Out again for Week 5
Cunningham (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Cunningham will miss his second straight game. The veteran linebacker logged just 11 defensive snaps and another 49 on special teams across the first three games of the season.
