Myles Garrett LB | LAR
Browns' Myles Garrett: Upgrades to limited practice
Garrett (ankle) was estimated as a limited participant on Thursday's practice report, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
The Browns held a walkthrough Thursday after Garrett was DNP during Wednesday's session. Garrett has been labeled as day-to-day and should have better than even odds of suiting up Sunday morning in London against the Vikings.

Dallas Goedert TE | PHI
Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Back on practice field
Goedert (knee) returned to practice Thursday, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Since sitting out Week 2 due to a sprained knee, Goedert has been a TD machine, scoring three times while securing five of six targets for 70 yards over the last two games. The Eagles held him out of drills Wednesday due to a knee issue, but his ability to get back on the field one day later bodes well for his status in the midst of Week 5 prep. Thursday's injury report will reveal his activity level.

Chuba Hubbard RB | CAR
Panthers' Chuba Hubbard: Doesn't practice Thursday
Hubbard (calf) didn't practice Thursday, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.
Hubbard also tended to a calf injury last week, but he at least was able to be limited in practice Thursday and Friday before taking 13 touches for 69 yards from scrimmage on a season-low 51 percent snap share during a Week 4 loss at New England. With no practice reps to speak of so far this week, he'll have just one more chance to mix into drills Friday before the Panthers potentially provide some insight into his odds to play Sunday against the Dolphins. Rico Dowdle, Trevor Etienne and DeeJay Dallas are the current healthy options in Carolina's backfield.

David Njoku TE | LAC
Browns' David Njoku: Logs full practice listing
Njoku (knee) was listed as a full participant on Thursday's practice estimate, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
As was the case last week, Njoku was limited Wednesday as he manages a knee issue. But the tight end's full listing Thursday paves the way for him to be available for Sunday's game against the Vikings in London, a context in which Njoku and fellow TE Harold Fannin should both see their share of targets from rookie QB Dillon Gabriel in his first regular-season start as a pro.

Grant Delpit SAF | CLE
Browns' Grant Delpit: Estimated as full Thursday
Delpit (back) was listed as a full participant on Thursday's estimated practice report, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Cleveland held a walkthrough Thursday. It's an upgrade for Delpit after he was limited in Wednesday's session. Delpit has played 96 percent of the Browns' defensive snaps through four games, recording 23 tackles (15 solo) and two pass breakups, including one interception.

Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Misses another practice
Jackson (hamstring) didn't participate in Thursday's practice, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Hensley noted Wednesday that the Ravens have been tight-lipped about Jackson's chances of playing Sunday against the Texans, but back-to-back DNPs don't bode well for the star QB's Week 5 availability. In any case, Friday's final injury will provide context in that regard, but if Jackson is unable to play this weekend, Cooper Rush would be in line to start in his place, with Tyler Huntley a candidate to be elevated from the practice squad.
-
Kyle Hamilton SAF | BAL
Ravens' Kyle Hamilton: Downgrades to DNP on Thursday
Hamilton (groin) did not practice Thursday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
It's another concern for the injury-riddled Baltimore defense after Hamilton was limited Wednesday. Considering he played 100 percent of the defensive snaps Sunday against the Chiefs, it's fair to wonder if Hamilton was injured in Wednesday's practice. If Hamilton is unable to play in Week 5 against the Texans, Sanoussi Kane or Reuben Lowery would be next up at safety alongside rookie Malaki Starks.

Blake Watson RB | TEN
Blake Watson: Placed on practice-squad IR
The Titans placed Watson (undisclosed) on the practice-squad injured list Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Watson will be required to miss at least the next four games. He appeared in two regular-season contests for the Broncos last season, rushing four times for 10 yards while catching one pass for 13 yards.

Juanyeh Thomas S | DAL
Cowboys' Juanyeh Thomas: Will start Week 5
Cowboys defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus confirmed Thursday that Thomas will start in place of injured Malik Hooker (toe) on Sunday against the Jets, Joe Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Hooker hasn't yet officially been ruled out, but this essentially confirms he won't play after being injured last Sunday night against the Packers. Thomas played a season-high 51 defensive snaps in relief of Hooker in Week 4 and recorded three tackles (one solo) in the 40-40 tie.
