Isaac TeSlaa WR | DET
Lions' Isaac TeSlaa: Limited workload in Week 4
TeSlaa did not garner a target in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Browns.
TeSlaa played just 11 offensive snaps, his lowest total since Week 1, and he failed to see a target for the first time this season. Head coach Dan Campbell said that the wide receiver would see an increase in workload on offense after he caught a 13-yard touchdown in the team's 27-13 loss to Green Bay on Sept. 7, but TeSlaa has still been an afterthought for Detroit over the last three weeks. Unless something drastically changes with the Lions' operation, TeSlaa will continue to have a rather limited ceiling as an offensive asset moving forward.

Kalif Raymond WR | CHI
Lions' Kalif Raymond: Punt-return touchdown in win
Raymond caught two of three targets for 13 yards and also added a 65-yard punt-return touchdown in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Browns.
Raymond was able to match his season highs in catches and targets, but he was still a rather unimpactful part of what the team did on offense. The wide receiver did make his mark on special teams, returning a punt for a score in the fourth quarter, which was his first trip to the end zone in any capacity since Week 8 of the 2024 campaign. Through four games this season, Raymond has reeled in six of nine targets for 47 yards, while also compiling 60 yards on kickoff returns and 114 yards as a punt returner.

Cameron Johnston P | PIT
Bills' Cameron Johnston: Dealing with foot/ankle injury
Johnston is expected to miss time after sustaining a foot/ankle injury during the Bills' 31-19 win over the Saints on Sunday, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
Johnston appeared to suffer the injury in the third quarter, but he was cleared to return to the game. With Johnston expected to miss multiple games, the Bills will host multiple punters ahead of their Week 5 AFC East clash against the Patriots on Sunday.

Cesar Ruiz G | NO
Saints' Cesar Ruiz: Won't play Week 5, IR candidate
Head coach Kellen Moore said Monday that Ruiz is considered week-to-week due to an ankle injury and will not play in the Saints' Week 5 clash against the Giants on Sunday, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Ruiz sustained the injury when he got rolled up during the Saints' 31-19 loss to the Bills on Sunday. He's already been ruled out for Week 5, and the severity of his injury makes him a candidate for injured reserve, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Undrafted rookie Torricelli Simpkins took over at right guard following Ruiz's injury Sunday, and the former joins Dillon Radunz (toe) as the top candidates to take over as the Saints' starting right guard for as long as Ruiz is sidelined.

DeAndre Carter WR | DET
Browns' DeAndre Carter: Lands on IR
The Browns placed Carter (knee) on injured reserve Monday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Carter -- who has been Cleveland's top returner on kickoffs and punts -- sustained a knee injury during the Browns' 34-10 loss to the Lions on Sunday. He will now be forced to miss at least the next four games and will be first eligible to be reinstated from IR ahead of the Browns' Week 10 clash against the Jets on Sunday, Nov. 9. Jerome Ford, Kaden Davis and undrafted rookie Isaiah Bond are the top candidates to assume return duties in Carter's absence.
-
Jason Marshall Jr. CB | MIA
Dolphins' Jason Marshall: Placed on injured reserve
The Dolphins placed Marshall (hamstring) on injured reserve Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Marshall was already ruled out for Monday's game against the Jets due to a hamstring injury that he suffered during the Dolphins' Week 3 loss to the Bills. He'll now be required to miss at least the next four games, which makes Week 8 against the Falcons on Sunday, Oct. 26 the earliest he is eligible to return. Cornell Armstrong is a candidate to see an uptick in snaps at corner due to Marshall's absence.

Javontae Jean-Baptiste LB | WAS
Commanders' Javontae Jean-Baptiste: Set to undergo surgery
Jean-Baptiste will undergo surgery for a torn pectoral that he suffered during the Commanders' 34-27 loss to the Falcons on Sunday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Jean-Baptiste is expected to be placed on injured reserve following the surgery, and head coach Dan Quinn relayed Monday that the recovery timeline is "usually months, not weeks." Jean-Baptiste will will be on the IR well past the four-game minimum, but it's unclear whether he can return toward the end of the regular season or for the postseason, if the Commanders qualify. Jalyn Holmes should see an uptick in playing time at defensive end, but Washington can also turn to veteran Preston Smith, who was a healthy scratch in each of the Commanders' last two games after signing with the team Sept. 16.

Roquan Smith ILB | BAL
Ravens' Roquan Smith: Diagnosed with Grade 2 strain
Smith was diagnosed with a Grade 2 hamstring strain Monday and is expected to be sidelined for a few weeks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Smith sustained the injury while in pass coverage during the second quarter of Sunday's 37-20 loss to the Chiefs. He will likely be sidelined for the Ravens' Week 5 matchup against the Texans this Sunday, and given the severity of the injury, the veteran linebacker is a candidate for a stint on injured reserve. Trenton Simpson and Jake Hummel both saw a significant increase in snaps at inside linebacker in Week 4, and both should continue to see a bigger workload on defense in Smith's absence.
