Derrick Barnes LB | DET
Lions' Derrick Barnes: Considered limited Wednesday
Barnes (knee) was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's estimated injury report.
Barnes was able to compile seven total tackles (four solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Monday's 38-30 win over the Ravens, but he may have left the contest a little worse for wear. The linebacker will have two more chances to log a full practice prior to Sunday's contest against the Browns.

Hunter Dekkers QB | NO
Hunter Dekkers: Sidelined by undisclosed injury
The Saints placed Dekkers (undisclosed) on the practice squad injured list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Dekkers has bounced on and off the Saints' practice squad early this season. He'll now be ineligible to be elevated to the active roster for at least the next four games.
-
John Bates TE | WAS
Commanders' John Bates: Still dealing with groin issue
Bates (groin) did not participate at practice Wednesday.
Bates has not practiced since suffering a groin injury in Week 2 at Green Bay, and his availability for Week 4 is now in question. He'll probably have to return to practice in some capacity Thursday or Friday to have any chance to play Sunday at Atlanta.
-
Kyler Gordon CB | CHI
Bears' Kyler Gordon: Unavailable for practice
Gordon (hamstring) did not participate at practice Wednesday.
Gordon has yet to play this season due to a hamstring injury that he suffered in early August. The cornerback will likely have to practice in some capacity in order to play Sunday in Las Vegas, and he'll have two more chances to do so.
-
Casey Washington WR | CAR
Falcons' Casey Washington: Limited to begin Week 4
Washington (concussion) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Tori McElhaney of the team's official site reports.
Washington has been in the NFL's five-step concussion protocol since shortly after Atlanta's season-opening loss to Tampa Bay. He was able to log a trio of limited practice sessions last week and was limited again Wednesday, but he won't be able to return to game action until he clears protocol. Journeyman wideout David Sills logged 38 percent of the Falcons' offensive snaps in Week 3 to help cover for Washington's absence.
-
Gee Scott Jr. WR | NYJ
Gee Scott: Back with Pats
The Patriots signed Scott to their practice squad Wednesday.
Scott spent all of training camp and preseason with the team but was unable to crack a spot on the initial roster. New England has only Hunter Henry and Austin Hooper on the active roster at tight end, so Scott is a candidate to be elevated at some point in future weeks.
-
T.J. Edwards LB | CHI
Bears' T.J. Edwards: Absent from practice
Edwards (hamstring) did not participate at practice Wednesday.
Edwards has been dealing with a nagging hamstring injury throughout the season, which has forced him to miss two of the team's three contests to this point. The linebacker will have two more chances to return to practice prior to Sunday's contest in Las Vegas.
-
Darius Muasau LB | NE
Giants' Darius Muasau: Still recovering from concussion
Muasau (concussion) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Muasau was held out of practice all of last week after sustaining a concussion in Week 2 at Dallas, so his activity Wednesday is a positive step toward potentially returning to game action in Week 4. He'll need to fully clear concussion protocol Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

Ross Dwelley TE | CAR
Lions' Ross Dwelley: Inked to Detroit's active roster
The Lions signed Dwelley from the practice squad to the active roster Wednesday, Benjamin Raven of MLive Media Group reports.
Dwelley signed with the Lions' practice squad Sept. 16 after the Lions placed fellow tight end Shane Zylstra (ankle) on injured reserve. Dwelley was elevated for the Lions' Week 3 win over the Ravens on Monday, when he played 16 snaps (12 on special teams, four on offense) without otherwise appearing on the box score. Now that he's on the active roster, Dwelley will continue to serve on special teams while operating as the Lions' No. 3 tight end behind Sam LaPorta and Brock Wright.
