  • Broncos' Jaleel McLaughlin: Won't play Week 3

McLaughlin (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

McLaughlin will be a healthy inactive for a third consecutive week, and it doesn't appear likely that he'll suit up for a game unless J.K. Dobbins, RJ Harvey or Tyler Badie were to miss time. McLaughlin's next chance to play is Week 4 against the Bengals on Monday, Sept. 29.

  • Dawand Jones OT | CLE

Browns' Dawand Jones: Won't return vs. Green Bay

Jones (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Packers, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.

Jones suffered the injury in the first quarter, and it is severe enough for him to be ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's contest. KT Leveston will remain at left tackle the rest of the way.

  • Sam Ehlinger QB | DEN

Broncos' Sam Ehlinger: Set for emergency QB role

Ehlinger (coach's decision) is inactive and serving as the Broncos' emergency third quarterback for Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Chargers.

Ehlinger also served as Denver's emergency third QB in both Week 1 and Week 2. He can enter Sunday's game only if both Bo Nix and Jarrett Stidham become sidelined due to injury, illness or ejection.

  • Will Harris SAF | WAS

Commanders' Will Harris: Dealing with ankle injury

Harris is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Raiders due to an ankle injury.

Harris went to the locker room late in the second quarter and is being evaluated for an ankle injury. Jeremy Reaves and Percy Butler are the top candidates to see additional work at safety alongside Quan Martin for as long as Harris is out of the game.

  • Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Set for lead role Sunday

Walker will be the Seahawks' lead running back Sunday against the Saints with Zach Charbonnet (foot) inactive.

As expected, Charbonnet won't be available for Sunday's contest due to a foot injury that didn't allow him to practice during Week 3 prep. In the first two games of the campaign, Walker and Charbonnet received 27 touches apiece, and considering the Seahawks' other available RBs (George Holani and Jacardia Wright) have combined for zero offensive snaps this season, Walker is in line for a massive workload this weekend. In the only regular-season game Charbonnet has missed in his two-plus years as a pro (Week 7 versus the Cardinals in 2023), Walker racked up 111 yards from scrimmage and no TDs on 28 touches.

  • Logan Hall DE | HOU

Buccaneers' Logan Hall: Departs with groin issue

Hall is questionable to return to Sunday's Week 3 game against the Jets due to a groin injury, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Hall suffered the injury in the first half Sunday. Elijah Simmons could get more work on defense while Hall remains sidelined.

  • Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Inactive Sunday

Charbonnet (foot) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Saints.

Given that Charbonnet didn't practice this week due to a foot injury that left him doubtful to suit up Week 3, his lack of availability doesn't come as a surprise. The Seahawks have a short turnaround Week 4 with a visit to the Cardinals on tap Thursday, so there's a chance he's in line for a multi-game absence. In the meantime, Kenneth Walker is set to be a workhorse out of Seattle's backfield, while George Holani and undrafted rookie Jacardia Wright are the options behind him.

  • Aaron Banks G | GB

Packers' Aaron Banks: Exits with groin injury

Banks is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Browns due to a groin injury.

Banks was cleared to play Sunday after dealing with a groin injury, but it appears he aggravated the injury in the second quarter. Jordan Morgan has shifted over to left guard, and Anthony Belton has entered the game at right tackle due to the absences of Banks and Zach Tom (oblique).

  • Seahawks' Jaxon Smith-Njigba: Active in Week 3

Smith-Njigba (illness) is listed as active Sunday against the Saints.

Smith-Njigba was tacked on to the Seahawks' Week 3 injury report Saturday as questionable due to an illness. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Smith-Njigba is dealing with "a bug" and that the team wanted to see how the wide receiver felt when he arrived at Lumen Field on Sunday morning to ensure he was good to go. Smith-Njigba's active listing confirms as much, and he'll be looking to build upon the 17-227-0 line on 22 targets that he's accumulated through two games this season.

  • Vikings' Javon Hargrave: Leaves game with chest injury

Hargrave is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bengals due to a chest injury.

Hargrave spent time in the medical tent with trainers to have the severity of his chest injury evaluated. Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins and Levi Drake Rodriguez should see an uptick in snaps on the defensive line for as long as Hargrave is out of the game.
