  • Evan Engram TE | DEN

Broncos' Evan Engram: Ruled out this week

Engram (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

Engram wasn't able to practice all week, and the tight end now will look to recover from his back issue in time to suit up Monday, Sept. 29 against the Bengals. In Engram's absence this weekend, Adam Trautman figures to be next in line for added Week 3 opportunities, with Nate Adkins and Lucas Krull also on hand to mix in.

  • Will Dissly TE | LAC

Chargers' Will Dissly: Won't play in Week 3

Dissly (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Broncos, Eric Smith of the Chargers' official site reports.

In the wake of Monday's 20-9 win at Las Vegas, Dissly wasn't able to practice in any capacity this week due to a knee injury. Now that his status is confirmed for Week 3, Los Angeles likely will lean on Tyler Conklin at tight end, with rookie fifth-round pick Oronde Gadsden and Tucker Fisk both candidates to make their seasson debuts Sunday.

  • Isaiah Likely TE | NYG

Ravens' Isaiah Likely: Remains limited at practice

Likely (foot) practiced in a limited capacity Friday.

Likely sustained a foot injury in late July that required surgery and forced him to miss the entire preseason and the first two games of the current campaign. He wasn't placed on injured reserve to begin the season, though, implying that the Ravens believed he'd be able to return at some point in the first four contests. With three consecutive limited listings on injury reports going back to last week, Likely appears to be ramping up to do just that, but Saturday's report will provide insight into his chances to play Monday against the Lions.

  • Brock Bowers TE | LV

Raiders' Brock Bowers: Ready for Week 3

Bowers (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Commanders after practicing in a limited fashion this week.

After approaching this past Monday's 20-9 loss to the Chargers listed as questionable, Bowers was able to suit up and recorded a 77 percent snap share in the contest en route to catching five of his eight targets for 38 yards. With his Week 3 availability confirmed, the star tight end is poised to maintain his focal role in the Raiders passing game Sunday alongside WR Jakobi Meyers.

  • Nick Emmanwori SAF | SEA

Seahawks' Nick Emmanwori: Doubtful for Week 3

Emmanwori (ankle) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Saints, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

With Julian Love (hamstring) also doubtful, Ty Okada will likely be thrust into the starting lineup at safety. Jerrick Reed and D'Anthony Bell are also options on the Seahawks' practice squad.

  • Julian Love SAF | SEA

Seahawks' Julian Love: Doubtful for Week 3

Love (hamstring) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Saints, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

After playing 100 percent of the defensive snaps last Sunday against the Steelers, Love appears set to miss Week 3 against New Orleans. With Nick Emmanwori (ankle) also doubtful, the Seahawks will likely elevate one of Jerrick Reed or D'Anthony Bell from the practice squad.

  • Seahawks' Devon Witherspoon: Doubtful for Week 3

Witherspoon (knee) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Saints, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

Witherspoon is still working his way back from an MCL injury suffered in Week 1. He'll miss his second straight contest. Derion Kendrick will likely again see elevated snaps against New Orleans.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Cleared to play

Jacobs (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Cleveland.

Jacobs never made the upgrade to full practice participation but at least took part in a limited capacity this week. He should stay busy Sunday with the Packers heavily favored to win, although Cleveland's one distinct strength so far this season has been shutting down the run. If nothing else, Jacobs is always a strong bet to rack up volume and score a touchdown.

  • Younghoe Koo K | NYJ

Younghoe Koo: Cut loose by Atlanta

The Falcons released Koo on Friday, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

After opening his career with a 3-for-6 showing on field-goal attempts in a four-game stint with the Chargers in 2017, Koo resurfaced with the Falcons in 2019 and had been the team's trusted kicker in the meantime until Week 1 of this season, when he missed a potential game-winning 44-yarder against the Buccaneers. Atlanta then signed Parker Romo to the practice squad and elevated him ahead of this past Sunday's game at Minnesota, while Koo didn't travel with the team. Romo connected on all five FGAs and his only point-after try Week 2, and the performance was enough for the Falcons to decide to move on from Koo and roll with Romo moving forward.

  • Jarrian Jones CB | JAC

Jaguars' Jarrian Jones: Cleared to play

Jones (back) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Texans.

Jones has logged six tackles (six solo) and one pass breakup across 71 defensive snaps through two games to begin the season.
