Thomas (foot/shoulder) is participating at the Giants' training camp, John Schmeelk reports.

Thomas was dealing with a couple minor injuries during the offseason, but they no longer seem to be bothering him with training camp underway. Barring any more issues, he figures to be protecting quarterback Jaxson Dart's blind side come Week 1 versus the Cowboys.

Halton (knee) participated during the 49ers' training camp practice Thursday, Chris Biderman of The Sacramento Bee reports.

Halton suffered a bone bruise to his knee on the first day of training camp, but he's already back in pads and picking up where he left off. Given that San Francisco is already dealing with a number of other injuries on its front seven, Halton could be expected to play a noteworthy depth role on the defensive line right out of the gate.

Finley (knee) is participating at the Seahawks' training camp, Kevin Clark of The Seattle Times reports.

Finley spent the 2025 season on Seattle's injured-reserve list with a knee injury, but he appears to be back at full strength for training camp. In four regular-season games with the Seahawks in 2024, he played 68 total snaps, 62 of which came on special teams.

Bernard-Converse (knee) did not participate at the Giants' practice Thursday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Bernard-Converse is dealing with a nagging knee problem, and he has been sidelined at practice as a result. The cornerback is competing for a spot on New York's initial 53-man roster, and he still has over a week to return to practice before the team's preseason opener Aug. 15 versus Minnesota.

Brailsford (hand) did not participate at the Browns' training camp practice Thursday, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

It's unclear when Brailsford hurt his right hand, but it's costing him valuable time at practice at the moment. In his absence, Luke Wypler figures as the clear next man up at center behind Elgton Jenkins.

Jenkins (undisclosed) did not participate at the Browns' training camp practice Thursday, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

It's unknown what is keeping Jenkins out of practice at this point or when he'll be back on the field. With both Jenkins and rookie fifth-rounder Parker Brailsford (hand) sidelined, Luke Wypler could see some reps at center with the first-team offense.

Hutchins (undisclosed) left Thursday's training camp session early, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Hutchins suffered an injury at rookie minicamp in early May. It is unclear if Thursday's injury is related to that issue, but regardless, the seventh-round pick has consistently missed time since being drafted. If the linebacker cannot remain healthy moving forward, his chances of making the 53-man roster may be in jeopardy.

Wright (shoulder) did not participate in Thursday's training camp session, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Wright has a minor shoulder issue and should be back at practice soon. The fourth-round rookie out of Auburn is expected to play a key reserve role along the offensive line during the 2026 season.

Toth (concussion) was absent from Thursday's training camp session, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Toth suffered a concussion in Week 18 of the 2025 season. Another head injury for the backup center is not a good sign, and the team will likely want to be especially cautious with his recovery. Drake Nugent may see more reps at center in Toth's absence.

Smith and the 49ers agreed on a one-year contract Thursday.

Smith will provide San Francisco with an additional depth option on the offensive line. The 27-year-old appeared in 14 regular-season contests (two starts) with the Dolphins in 2025.
