Crosby (knee) doesn't have an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Crosby upgraded his practice participation throughout the week, culminating in a full practice Friday that cleared him of any injury designation for Sunday's game. The premier pass rusher has not missed a game all season, and that will not stop in Week 15, when the 28-year-old will likely log his fourth straight game of a 100 percent defensive snap share.

Thomas (calf) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Eagles.

Thomas continued to trend in a positive direction with full participation in practice Friday after opening the week as a non-participant with a calf injury sustained in Week 14. The 29-year-old's progression is a good sign for his availability Sunday against the Eagles. If Thomas is unable to play, Carter Runyon will act as the No. 3 tight end behind Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer.

Smartt (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Smartt was able to practice Friday without limitations, but he'll need to pass an evaluation from an independent neurologist in order to clear the league's concussion protocol ahead of Sunday's game. The fourth-year pro has mostly served on special teams this season, but he could see an expanded role on offense Sunday behind Jeremy Ruckert due to the absence of Mason Taylor (neck).

Mostert (knee) was a limited participant in Friday's practice but holds no injury designation for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

Mostert appeared on Thursday's injury report with a knee injury and was able to upgrade to a limited participant in Friday's practice. The limited participation the running back engaged in seems to have been deemed thorough enough that he will play in Sunday's game. Mostert has 21 rush attempts for 98 yards through 10 games this season and will likely account for his normal relief volume behind Ashton Jeanty in Sunday's contest.

Bethune (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Bethune will miss a third consecutive game due to an ankle injury that he suffered in Week 11 against the Cardinals. Curtis Robinson will continue to start at middle linebacker due to the absences of Bethune and Fred Warner (ankle - IR). Bethune's next opportunity to play is Week 16 against the Colts on Monday, Dec. 22.

Jones (knee) was a limited participant in Friday's practice, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Jones was a new addition to Friday's injury report, and the cornerback being unable to log full practice participation puts his status for Monday's game in jeopardy. The starter will have one more practice to upgrade back to a full participant and potentially avoid an injury designation for Monday's game. If the 27-year-old is unable to play, Ethan Bonner would likely start the game at outside cornerback.

Okuayinonu (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Okuayinonu will miss a second consecutive game due to an ankle injury despite having additional time to recover due to the 49ers' Week 14 bye. It's an injury that he has worked through since late October, and he'll look to progress enough in his recovery to return for San Francisco's Week 16 clash against Indianapolis on Monday, Dec. 22. Keion White, Clelin Ferrell and Robert Beal will continue to see more snaps at defensive end opposite Bryce Huff for as long as Okuayinonu is sidelined.

Chinn (back) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Eagles.

Chinn finished the week being limited in practice with a back issue he played through in Week 14. Although he wasn't able to avoid an injury designation, his participation is a positive sign for his availability in Sunday's matchup against the Eagles. The 27-year-old has 104 tackles (59 solo), including 1.0 sacks, two pass breakups and two forced fumbles through 13 games this season.

Benton (ankle) was a limited participant in Friday's practice, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Benton logged a full practice Thursday, so a drop in participation Friday means the nose tackle likely suffered a setback with his ankle injury. The 24-year-old will have one more opportunity to return to full participation in hopes of avoiding an injury designation for Monday night's game against the Dolphins.

Juszczyk (ribs) does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Titans, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Juszczyk fractured his rib during the 49ers' Week 13 win over the Browns. The veteran fullback had extra time to recovery courtesy of the 49ers' Week 14 bye, and he's been given the green light to play in Sunday's home game. Juszczyk has mostly operated as a backfield blocker on run plays but has also been effective in the passing attack, having hauled in 20 passes (on 23 targets) for 187 yards and a touchdown through 13 regular-season games.
