  • Jets' Francisco Mauigoa: Won't face Jags

Jets head coach Aaron Glenn said Friday that Mauigoa (neck) is ruled out for Sunday's game against Jacksonville,

Mauigoa will miss at least one game due to the neck injury he suffered Week 14 against Miami, which had been initially diagnosed a shoulder issue. Kobe King and Mykal Walker will stand to handle increased defensive snaps for as long as Mauigoa remains sidelined.

  • Jayden Daniels QB | WAS

Commanders' Jayden Daniels: Not cleared for contact yet

Commanders head coach Dan Quinn said Friday that Daniels (elbow) hasn't been cleared for contact, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.

Daniels will miss his seventh game of the season Sunday against the Giants, but Quinn hasn't ruled the second-year quarterback out beyond Week 15 and once again suggested that he won't be shut down for the season unless he's truly unable to play. In any case, Marcus Mariota will fill in for Daniels once again Sunday.

  • Jets' Azareye'h Thomas: Won't play Sunday

Jets head coach Aaron Glenn said Friday that Thomas (shoulder) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Thomas suffered a shoulder injury Week 14 against the Dolphins but managed to retake the field and finish out that contest, so it's somewhat surprising to see him unable to play versus Jacksonville. Qwan'tez Stiggers and Ja'Sir Taylor will be candidates to inherit substantial roles on defense for as long as Thomas remains sidelined.

  • Giants' Kayvon Thibodeaux: Ruled out for Week 15

Thibodeaux (shoulder) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Matt Citak of the Giants' official site reports.

Thibodeaux hasn't suited up since Week 10 versus the Bears, and even coming out of New York's bye in Week 14, there's not yet any indication that he's close to retaking the field. As long as Thibodeaux remains sidelined, rookie first-round pick Abdul Carter will operate as one of the Giants' top pass rushers alongside Brian Burns.

  • Michael Wilson WR | ARI

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Positioned as WR1 for Week 15

Wilson will operate as Arizona's top wide receiver versus the Texans on Sunday, with Marvin Harrison (heel) ruled out, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Wilson has dominated across the three games Harrison has missed since Week 11, finishing with double-digit catches and over 100 yards receiving in all three of those contests. Versus the Rams in Week 14, Wilson tallied a 11-142-2 line on 16 targets, with almost all of quarterback Jacoby Brissett's production being split between himself and tight end Trey McBride. While Wilson now faces a rough road matchup against Houston, Wilson seems assured of massive target volume for as long as Harrison is sidelined, making it difficult to consider him anything less than a WR1 for fantasy purposes.

  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

Falcons' Darnell Mooney: Makes three catches vs. Buccaneers

Mooney secured three of six targets for 35 yards during Thursday's 29-28 win over Tampa Bay.

Mooney played 92 offensive snaps with Drake London (knee) sidelined again, but he was outpaced in the receiving game by all of Kyle Pitts (11-166-3), Bijan Robinson (8-82-0) and David Sills (6-78-0). Across 12 regular-season appearances so far, Mooney has surpassed 50 receiving yards on just two occasions. He'll remain difficult to trust for fantasy purposes Week 16 on the road against Arizona, even if London is unavailable again.

  • Philip Rivers QB | IND

Colts' Philip Rivers: Week 15 starting QB TBD

Colts head coach Shane Steichen noted Friday that a decision on who will start at QB in Sunday's game against the Seahawks (between Rivers and Riley Leonard) has yet to be made, Mike Chappell of Fox 59 News Indianapolis reports.

"We're working through that," Steichen said Friday of the team's Week 15 QB plans. Per Stephen Holder of ESPN.com, Rivers has looked good and moved around well during practice, while Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis relays that Leonard took some starting reps this week. For his part, James Boyd of The Athletic believes that Rivers will get the nod, a notion put forth by Holder on Thursday. In any case, in order for Rivers to be available as either a starter or backup versus Seattle, he must first be elevated from the Colts' practice squad ahead of Saturday's deadline.

  • Tyler Allgeier RB | ARI

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Little involvement in win over Bucs

Allgeier carried the ball twice for 18 yards during Thursday's 29-28 win over the Buccaneers.

Allgeier had logged eight or more carries in four of his last five appearances heading into Week 15, but he played just 17 percent of the offensive snaps versus Tampa Bay, his lowest share since Week 3. He'll look to get more involved behind Bijan Robinson again in Week 16, when the Falcons will travel to Arizona on Sunday, Dec. 21.

  • Cedric Tillman WR | CLE

Browns' Cedric Tillman: Listed as questionable

Tillman (concussion/ribs) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

Tillman is managing a rib injury and also will need to gain full clearance from the NFL's concussion protocol, including from an independent neurologist, in order to be eligible to play Sunday. Isaiah Bond will stand to benefit from increased opportunities in the receiving game if Tillman ultimately remains sidelined Week 15.

  • David Njoku TE | LAC

Browns' David Njoku: Won't play Sunday

Njoku (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Njoku didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday, and it's been confirmed that he'll sit out Sunday's contest and eye a potential return to action Sunday, Dec. 21 against the Bills. In Njoku's absence this weekend, fellow TE Harold Fannin figures to be busy versus Chicago, with Blake Whiteheart available to mix in.
