The Eagles signed Deguara to the practice squad Tuesday, Tim McManus of ESPN.com reports.

The Giants released Deguara before cutdown day. The tight end has played in 77 career regular-season games, logging 53 receptions for 471 yards and three touchdowns. The 2020 Packers' third-rounder will now get a shot to play for an Eagles team that is searching for additional tight end depth.

Zylstra was cut by the Patriots with an injury waiver Tuesday, Mark Daniels of MassLive.com reports.

Zylstra was signed to the practice squad with New England on Sept. 2 after he was let go by the Bills in late August. The tight end will now hit the open market again, and he'll likely have to settle for a practice squad spot at his next destination.

To'oTo'o (shoulder) was placed on the injured reserve list Tuesday, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.

To'oTo'o suffered a shoulder injury late in Sunday's 36-31 loss to Buffalo. He will now miss a minimum of four games, meaning he is not eligible to return until at least the Week 6 clash with the Jaguars.

The Eagles signed Covey to the active roster Tuesday, Tim McManus of ESPN.com reports.

Covey returned four punts for 37 yards in Sunday's 24-22 win over the Commanders. The wide receiver's production on special teams has now earned him a spot on the 53-man roster. It remains to be seen if Covey has earned additional responsibilities for next Sunday's game against the Titans.

The Ravens signed Larvadain to the practice squad Tuesday.

Larvadain failed to make the Browns' 53-man roster at the end of training camp, but he'll get a new opportunity with an AFC North division foe in the Ravens. Rookie third-round wideout Ja'Kobi Lane is set to undergo surgery to repair a fractured wrist that he sustained in Baltimore's Week 1 win over Indianapolis, and with both Zay Flowers (hamstring) and Devontez Walker (groin) working through injuries, Larvadain could be promoted to the active roster for Sunday's home tilt against New Orleans.

Delane (shoulder) should only miss minimal time as he recovers from the injury he suffered in Monday's 31-10 win over the Broncos, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Tuesday.

Delane picked off Bo Nix on Denver's opening drive. The cornerback's "Welcome to the NFL" moment was kinder than most, but it quickly flipped the other way as he was forced out of the game early with a shoulder issue. If the first-round rookie cannot heal enough to suit up for Sunday's game against the Colts, Nohl Williams and Kristian Fulton will likely start at outside cornerback for the Chiefs.

The Panthers waived Horn on Tuesday.

The wide receiver played 14 offensive snaps in the Panthers' 59-37 loss to the Bears last Sunday. Horn was unable to catch his only target but did log 101 kick-return yards and 17 punt return yards over 12 special-teams snaps. The wide receiver will likely end up back with the Panthers on the practice squad if he can clear waivers.

The Chargers placed Lambert-Smith (hamstring) on injured reserve Tuesday.

Lambert-Smith suffered a significant hamstring injury during the Chargers' Week 1 loss against the Cardinals, warranting a stint on the IR. As such, the second-year pro will be required to miss at least the next four games and is eligible to return for Week 6 against the Chiefs on Sunday, Oct. 18, though he may need more time to recover. Gary Jennings was signed to the Chargers' 53-man roster in a corresponding move.

Fitzpatrick (groin) is expected to miss two to three weeks, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.

Fitzpatrick suffered a groin injury during the 23-10 victory over the Titans in Week 1. For now, the 29-year-old should at least be considered doubtful for the Week 2 meeting with Green Bay, though he isn't expected to be back on the field until Week 4 versus the Bears, at the earliest. There's also a chance Fitzpatrick is added to the Injured Reserve list.

The Chargers signed Jennings to a contract Tuesday.

Jennings was cut from the Chargers' practice squad Sept. 7, but he's back with the team on the 53-man roster to add depth at wide receiver after KeAndre Lambert-Smith (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve. Jennings has not played in a regular-season game since 2019 as a member of the Dolphins, but he could see some reps in the Chargers' Week 2 tilt against the Raiders on Sunday if one or both of Ladd McConkey (ribs) and Derius Davis (undisclosed) were ruled out.
