Morton (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Patriots' emergency third quarterback against the Dolphins on Sunday.

As the emergency third quarterback, Morton is not allowed to play Sunday unless both Drake Maye and Tommy DeVito are removed from the game due to injury, illness or ejection.

Brents (neck/concussion) is active for Sunday's game against New England.

Brents was in danger of missing this contest due to multiple injuries. However, he will shed the questionable tag and suit up for the AFC East clash with the Patriots.

Elliss (chest) is active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Elliss has been cleared to play Sunday after working through a chest injury during Week 8 prep. He has 51 tackles (29 solo), including 1.0 sacks, one pass defense and one forced fumble through seven regular-season games.

Davis (neck) is active against the Dolphins on Sunday.

Davis has been cleared to return form a three-game absence due to a neck injury he picked up in Week 4 against the Bills. He'll resume his starting role at outside cornerback opposite Christian Gonzalez while Charles Woods provides depth at the position.

Shelley (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams.

Shelley will miss another contest Sunday, so his next opportunity to get back on the field will come in Week 9 against the Texans. With Donte Jackson (hamstring) ruled out, Tarheeb Still could be more involved.

Huntley (toe) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Bills.

With Sunday starter Lamar Jackson also out for the remainder of the contest due to a right thumb injury, Joe Fagnano has been pressed into QB duties versus Buffalo. As a result of the pair of injuries at the position, Baltimore's signal-caller situation will need to be closely monitored ahead of Thursday night's game against the Jaguars.

Jackson (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams.

Jackson will miss his third consecutive game Sunday, meaning his next opportunity to play will come in Week 9 versus the Texans. With Rodney Shelley (ankle) also sidelined, Tarheeb Still is projected to be more involved.

Waddle (chest) is active for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

Waddle attempted to play through a chest injury in Week 7, but he exited in the fourth quarter and didn't return. He then didn't practice to open Week 8 prep before back-to-back limited sessions Thursday and Friday left him listed as questionable. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Sunday morning that Waddle is trending well to play, which now has been confirmed. Since joining the Broncos via trade in the offseason, Waddle has had one vintage performance (8-138-0 on 10 targets versus Jacksonville in Week 2), but he otherwise has combined for an 18-138-1 line on 35 targets in his six other appearances in 2026.

Simpson (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers but will serve as the team's emergency quarterback if needed.

Simpson will be inactive once again for Week 8. However, he will be eligible to play if Matthew Stafford and Stetson Bennett exit the contest due to injury, illness, or ejection.

Gadsden is active for Sunday's Week 8 matchup against the Rams.

The second-year tight end has had a relatively quiet first season to date in coordinator Mike McDaniel's offense, posting a 12-103-1 line on 21 targets through six games. Gadsden did get back on the Chargers' offense's radar before the Week 7 bye, recording three receptions for 17 yards on five targets over 33 snaps in Week 6 against the Chiefs after being blanked over 39 plays in Week 5 against the Broncos. It remains to be seen if Los Angeles, which declined to make a change at playcaller during the bye, cooked up some improvements during the idle week, and if Gadsden will be more involved moving forward after flashing plenty of upside as a rookie in 2025 with a 49-664-3 line across 15 regular-season contests.
