Howell (coach's decision) is inactive but serving as the Eagles' emergency third quarterback against the Cowboys on Sunday.

Howell is not permitted to play Sunday unless both Jalen Hurts and Tanner McKee leave the game due to injury, illness or suspension. Howell has yet to play in a regular-season game this year.

Mingo is active for Sunday's Week 12 matchup against the Eagles.

Mingo had been a healthy scratch for the three games that had transpired since he came off injured reserve ahead of Week 8, but he'll break that streak Sunday while fellow wideout Jalen Tolbert is inactive for the first time this season. Despite his availability against Philadelphia, Mingo isn't slated for a sizable role, considering he projects as the No. 5 receiver behind the top quartet of CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, Ryan Flournoy and KaVontae Turpin.

Dillon (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

The running back last suited up in Week 6 against the Giants. Saquon Barkley, Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley remain ahead of him on the depth chart.

Floyd (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against New Orleans.

Floyd missed the Falcons' last two games due to a hamstring injury, but the veteran edge rusher has been cleared to return for Sunday's NFC North clash. Floyd's return means less defensive snaps will be available for Arnold Ebiketie and James Pearce.

Tolbert (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 12 matchup against the Eagles.

Tolbert's profile in the offense had been steadily trending down coming into Sunday, as he'd played fewer than 20 percent of the offensive snaps in three straight games. His downturn has now culminated in his first healthy scratch since his 2022 rookie campaign, per

Fuaga (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's tilt against Atlanta.

Fuaga suffered a high ankle sprain Week 9 versus the Rams and will miss his second straight game around the Saints' Week 11 bye. Asim Richards will likely step in to start at right tackle again.

Blue (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles.

The running back is now a healthy scratch for the third consecutive game. Blue has been the third running back on Dallas' depth chart since committing a fumble in Week 8, with Malik Davis taking his spot behind starter Javonte Williams. Blue has also gained just 65 yards on 22 carries this year.

Washington (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Saints.

Even with Drake London (knee) sidelined for Sunday's game, Washington will be a healthy scratch for Week 12, with the latter seeing less playing time on offense as of late. With London and Washington inactive, the Falcons will go with five active wide receivers in Darnell Mooney, David Sills, KhaDarel Hodge, Jamal Agnew and Dylan Drummond. Washington's next chance to play is Week 13 against the Jets on Sunday, Nov. 30.

Carter (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Saints.

Carter will be a healthy scratch for the second time in the Falcons' last three games, which leaves Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier as the two active running backs for Sunday's NFC South tilt. Carter's next chance to play is Week 13 against the Jets on Sunday, Nov. 30.

Estime (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Falcons.

Estime joined the Saints' active roster in early November to provide the Saints with more backfield depth after Kendre Miller tore his ACL in mid-October. Estime saw five snaps (three on offense, two on special teams) in Week 10 against the Panthers, but he will be a healthy scratch for Sunday's NFC South clash. That leaves Alvin Kamara and Devin Neal as the Saints' two running backs on the active roster for Week 12. Estime's next chance to play is Week 13 against the Dolphins on Sunday, Nov. 30.
