Lowe suffered a high ankle sprain during the 49ers' practice Sunday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Lowe is expected to miss some time, and his availability for the start of the 2026 regular season may now be in question. Until he can return to the practice field, veteran Brandon Parker could get more attention as a backup option at tackle.

Gargiulo (knee) is likely to begin the regular season on the reserve/PUP list, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.

The offensive guard was placed on the active/PUP list to kick off training camp Sunday, but the team expects to have to move him to the reserve/PUP list once the regular season rolls around, per Tomasson. If he does move to the reserve/PUP list on or after cut-down day, Gargiulo will have to miss the first four regular-season games. The 2024 seventh-round pick tore his ACL during an August 2025 preseason game.

The Giants worked out Fatukasi (shoulder) on Monday, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Fatukasi appeared in just four games for Houston in 2025 as he nursed a shoulder injury, but he's now healthy enough to try out for a new club. If the veteran DT signs somewhere before the start of the 2026 campaign, it will likely be to fill a depth role.

Wysong (undisclosed) was waived with a non-football injury designation by the Vikings on Monday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.

The wide receiver will revert to Minnesota's reserve/non-football injury list if he's not claimed by another team. At that point, he would need to reach an injury settlement with the Vikings to have a chance to play in 2026. Wysong signed with Minnesota as an undrafted free agent in April after spending his final collegiate season with Arizona last year.

The Dolphins signed Ferrell on Monday.

In a corresponding transaction, Miami waived defensive lineman Kahlil Saunders. Ferrell was a steady fixture in San Francisco's front seven toward the end of last season, and he managed to tally 4.0 sacks in eight regular-season games with the 49ers. He'll likely have a harder time getting opportunities among a group of Dolphins pass rushers that figures to be significantly more productive than San Francisco's was in 2025.

Owens was placed on the active/non-football illness list by the Vikings on Monday.

The running back can be activated from the list at any point during training camp once he's ready to practice. Owens was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Vikings in April after recording 1,334 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns on 213 carries (6.3 YPC) with Florida International last season.

Indianapolis waived Pare (undisclosed) with a non-football injury designation Monday, JJ Stankevitz of the team's official site reports.

It's not immediately clear what type of injury Pare is tending to. Presuming he's not claimed by another team during the current waiver period, he'll be heading back to free agency and able to suit up for another team once he's healthy again.

Allen (calf) was placed on the active/PUP list by the Colts on Monday, Stephen Holder of ESPN.com reports.

The linebacker's "absence is expected to be brief," per Holder. Allen can be activated from the PUP list at any time during training camp. Indianapolis selected the Georgia linebacker in the second round back in April, and he projects as a possible starter for the upcoming season.

Hargrave (undisclosed) was put on the active/PUP list by the Packers on Monday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

The defensive tackle signed a two-year, $23 million contract with Green Bay in March after getting released by Minnesota. Hargrave can be activated at any time during training camp if his injury is not serious, though the severity remains unclear. The 33-year-old played 536 defensive snaps for the Vikings during the 2025 regular season, recording 52 tackles (18 solo), including 3.5 sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 16 games.

Tom (knee) was not among the players who landed on the PUP list to begin Packers training camp, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

As expected, Tom appears to be entering training camp healthy after undergoing surgery to address a partially-torn patellar tendon during the offseason. He should resume his role as Green Bay's starting right tackle in 2026 as long as he's available.
