D.J. Reed CB | DET
Lions' D.J. Reed: Questionable versus Buffalo
Reed (foot) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Buffalo.
Reed is dealing with a foot injury, so the questionable tag isn't much of a surprise. If Reed can't get on the field versus the Bills, Roger McCreary or Keith Abney could see more action opposite Rock Ya-Sin.

George Kittle TE | SF
49ers' George Kittle: Limited in Wednesday's practice
Kittle (Achilles) was limited in practice Wednesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Kittle operated with a cap on his practice reps last week before returning to action just nine months removed from tearing his right Achilles in a wild-card win at Philadelphia. In the 49ers' Week 1 victory against the Rams in Melbourne, Australia, he started, played 30 of 65 offensive snaps and gathered in two of five targets for 12 yards. San Francisco may continue to take it easy on Kittle in the early going with the long term in mind, but his status for game days doesn't appear to be in any question.

DeeJay Dallas RB | MIN
Vikings' DeeJay Dallas: Signed to Vikings' active roster
The Vikings signed Dallas from the practice squad to the active roster Wednesday.
With Jordan Mason (thumb) landing on injured reserve, Dallas will presumably jump into a prominent role behind Aaron Jones. The 2020 No. 144 overall pick has appeared in contests for the Seahawks, Cardinals, Panthers, Jaguars and Vikings during his career. In 84 regular-season games, Dallas accumulated 538 yards and four touchdowns off 124 carries, adding 64 catches for 407 yards and two touchdowns.

Chris Moore WR | BAL
Ravens' Chris Moore: Signed to Ravens' active roster
Moore was signed to the Ravens' active roster Wednesday, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.
With Ja'Kobi Lane (wrist) now on the injured reserve list, Moore was signed to help fill the void. The 33-year-old has appeared in games for the Ravens, Texans, Titans and Commanders during his career. In 120 regular-season appearances, Moore garnered 149 catches (238 targets) for 1,917 yards and nine touchdowns, adding 17 carries for 78 yards and three touchdowns.

Kamren Kinchens SAF | LAR
Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Battling hamstring injury
Kinchens is dealing with a hamstring injury, Cameron DaSilva of USA Today reports.
Kinchens had nine tackles in the 27-7 loss to the 49ers in Week 1. However, he suffered a hamstring injury during that contest, and head coach Sean McVay didn't provide a definitive update concerning his condition. Kinchens should at least be considered questionable for now, but if he can't suit up Monday night versus the Giants, Jaylen McCollough and Josh Wallace could see more snaps.
-
Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: Limited by hamstring injury
Collins was limited at Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring injury.
Collins spent time on IR during the 2024 season due to a hamstring injury, but there's no indication yet that his status may be in question for Week 2. In any case, his status will be monitored as the week continues to get a sense of his ability to play Sunday against the Bengals. Collins hauled in seven of 10 targets for 75 yards and a touchdown in a Week 1 loss to the Bills.

Kene Nwangwu RB | NYJ
Jets' Kene Nwangwu: Considered week-to-week
Nwangwu (back) is considered week-to-week, Antwan V. Staley of the New York Daily News reports.
Nwangwu didn't play in Sunday's 23-10 win over the Titans. It appears he won't suit up versus Green Bay, though it's anyone's guess when he will get back on the field. The 2021 No. 119 overall pick most recently appeared in 12 regular-season games for the Jets during the 2025 campaign, totaling 13 carries for 49 yards.
-
Khadarel Hodge WR | SF
49ers' KhaDarel Hodge: Promoted to active roster
The 49ers signed Hodge from the practice squad to the active roster Wednesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Hodge was on the field for the 27-7 win over the Rams in Week 1. He is now back on the active roster for the Week 2 meeting with Miami, though he will likely spend most of his time on special teams.
-
Nick Muse TE | ATL
Falcons' Nick Muse: Joins Falcons' active roster
Muse was signed to the active roster by Atlanta on Wednesday, William McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.
Muse was recently elevated from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's 20-13 loss to Pittsburgh. After reverting to the practice squad Monday, the 27-year-old is now back on the 53-man roster. However, with Kyle Pitts, Charlie Woerner and Austin Hooper healthy, Muse will presumably continue to spend most of his time on special teams.

Henry To'oTo'o LB | HOU
Texans' Henry To'oTo'o: Expected to miss more than four games
To'oTo'o (shoulder) is expected to miss more than four games, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
To'oTo'o landed on injured reserve Tuesday, which will keep him off the field for at least four games. However, according to Garafolo, the 25-year-old is expected to be out "longer," possibly missing up to eight weeks. To'oTo'o finished the 2025 campaign by amassing 95 total tackles and 2.5 sacks in 17 regular-season games.
