  • T.J. Watt OLB | PIT

Steelers' T.J. Watt: Hospitalized with lung issue

The Steelers announced that Watt won't practice Thursday to undergo further evaluation on his lung after he was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital upon experiencing discomfort Wednesday at the team's facility.

According to a statement from the team, Watt's "status for Monday night's game versus Miami is in question," and head coach Mike Tomlin "will provide more updates at the appropriate time." If the star edge rusher isn't available to play Week 15, Nick Herbig would likely step into a starting role at outside linebacker opposite Alex Highsmith.

  • Bengals' Trey Hendrickson: Officially placed on IR

The Bengals placed Hendrickson (hip/pelvis) on injured reserve Thursday.

Hendrickson's placement on IR officially rules him out for the remainder of the regular season. The standout defensive end is slated to undergo core-muscle surgery that will carry a six-week recovery timetable due to the lingering injury that's prevented him from suiting up since Week 8. Across seven regular-season appearances in 2025, Hendrickson tallied 16 tackles (including 4.0 sacks), one forced fumble and one pass defensed. He's set to become a free agent this offseason.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Set to miss another practice

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that Jacobs (knee) is unlikely to practice Thursday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports. "He's been battling through it. We'll see," LaFleur said, regarding Jacobs' status for Sunday's game in Denver.

Jacobs first sustained his knee injury in the Packers' Week 11 win over the Giants, but after sitting out a Week 12 victory over Minnesota, he returned to a leading role out of the backfield for both of the past two games. However, the 27-year-old is feeling a bit more banged up than anticipated after handling 22 touches in this past Sunday's win over the Bears, prompting the Packers to take a cautious approach with him in practice this week. With Jacobs set to go down as a non-participant for the second straight day, he'll likely need to practice in some fashion Friday for fantasy managers to feel good about his chances of playing against Denver.

  • Travis Jones DT | BAL

Ravens' Travis Jones: Agrees to three-year extension

Jones agreed to terms Thursday on a three-year contract extension with the Ravens, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Jones has been a reliable contributor along Baltimore's defensive front this year, with 34 tackles (16 solo), including 1.5 sacks, plus two passes defensed, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery across 13 regular-season appearances. The 2022 third-round pick is now positioned to stick with the team through the 2028 campaign.

  • Dolphins' Jason Sanders: Staying sidelined Week 15

Sanders (hip) will not be designated to return from IR in Week 15, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.

Sanders has spent the entire regular season on IR due to a hip injury suffered during the preseason, and the Dolphins have yet to provide a clear timetable for his return. Meanwhile, Riley Patterson has been outstanding across 13 regular-season appearances, converting 23 of 25 field-goal attempts (92 percent) and 28 of 29 extra-point tries. The team will have little incentive to open Sanders' practice window unless Patterson begins struggling.

  • De'Von Achane RB | MIA

Dolphins' De'Von Achane: Slated to be limited Thursday

Achane (ribs) will be limited at Thursday's practice, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Per Louis-Jacques, Achane will wear a red (non-contact) jersey during Thursday's session, with coach Mike McDaniel noting that "it'll be a gradual increase in activity and physicality" for the running back as the week progresses, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Achane has two more chances to upgrade to full participation before Miami assigns Week 15 game statuses Saturday. If Achane ends up limited or out Monday night against the Steelers, however, Jaylen Wright would be next in line for added backfield touches, with Ollie Gordon also mixing in.

  • JT Tuimoloau DE | IND

Colts' JT Tuimoloau: Sidesteps injury report

Tuimoloau (head) is not listed on Wednesday's injury report.

Tuimoloau was evaluated for a concussion during Indianapolis' game against the Jaguars in Week 14, but it appears he never actually sustained such an injury. The depth defensive end can be considered fully on track for Sunday's game against the Seahawks. The rookie second-round pick tallied a career-best six tackles (three solo) while handling 41 percent of defensive snaps versus Jacksonville.

  • Eagles' Landon Dickerson: Limited to begin Week 15

Dickerson (calf) was a limited participant in Wednesday's walkthrough practice.

Dickerson briefly left Monday's loss to the Chargers due to a calf issue, though he was able to retake the field. The Eagles may simply be managing the starting left guard's practice reps ahead of Sunday's game against the Raiders.

  • Lane Johnson OT | PHI

Eagles' Lane Johnson: Remains sidelined at practice

Johnson (foot) was listed as a non-participant at Wednesday's walkthrough practice.

Johnson has missed three consecutive games due to a right Lisfranc sprain, and he doesn't yet appear to be nearing a return to the field. The starting right tackle's absence remains a notable blow for Philadelphia's offense. Fred Johnson will figure to start at right tackle versus the Raiders on Sunday if Johnson is indeed ruled out again.

  • Vikings' Donovan Jackson: Limited Wednesday

Jackson (ankle) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Jackson played through his ankle issue Week 14 against the Commanders, and he'll work to gain clearance again for Sunday's matchup against the Cowboys. The rookie first-rounder has impressed as a pass blocker as Minnesota's starting left guard.
