Polin was recalled from AHL Colorado on Tuesday.
Polin has logged in two games for the Avs this year in which he recorded seven hits, two blocks and a minus-1 rating while averaging 5:59 of ice time. With Artturi Lehkonen (upper body) set to miss time, Polin could see an extended run on the NHL roster.
