Martin Pospisil C | CGY
Flames' Martin Pospisil: Bags apple Sunday
Pospisil notched an assist, seven hits and two PIM in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Kraken.
Pospisil has a goal and three helpers over his last six outings. He's also logged 30 hits in that span. The Flames' trade for Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee looks to have temporarily cut off Pospisil's chances of top-line ice time, though the 25-year-old has played alongside Frost and Yegor Sharangovich on the third line. Overall, Pospisil has 17 points, 71 shots on net, 72 PIM, 181 hits and a plus-1 rating through 52 games this season.

Mikael Backlund C | CGY
Flames' Mikael Backlund: Contributes power-play assist
Backlund notched a power-play assist in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Kraken.
Backlund ended a four-game slump when he set up a Yegor Sharangovich tally in the first period. The 35-year-old Backlund saw 17:15 of ice time Sunday, less than both Nazem Kadri and Morgan Frost among Calgary's centers. Backlund has maintained a heavy workload as a high-end defensive center this season, averaging 19:14 per game while racking up 22 points (six on the power play), 125 shots on net and a plus-5 rating across 52 appearances.

Nazem Kadri C | COL
Flames' Nazem Kadri: Adds power-play helper
Kadri notched a power-play assist, three shots on goal and two hits in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Kraken.
Kadri set up Jonathan Huberdeau's game-winning tally late in the first period. With three goals and four helpers over his last seven outings, Kadri is rolling on offense approaching the 4 Nations Face-Off break. The center is up to 36 points (12 on the power play), 36 hits, 170 shots on net, 57 PIM and a minus-14 rating through 52 appearances this season. The 25-goal and 55-point marks are within reach if he remains steady to close out the campaign.

Morgan Frost C | CGY
Flames' Morgan Frost: First goal in Calgary colors
Frost scored a goal on five shots in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Kraken.
Frost's second game as a Flame was better than his first. He opened the scoring Sunday and continues to see middle-six minutes and power-play time. Frost is now at 12 goals, 26 points, 94 shots on net, 37 hits, 39 blocked shots and a minus-12 rating through 51 appearances between the Flames and the Flyers this season. He had eight points over 14 contests in January prior to the trade, so if he can settle in quickly with his new team, he's worth a look in fantasy.

Jonathan Huberdeau C | CGY
Flames' Jonathan Huberdeau: Strikes on power play in win
Huberdeau scored a power-play goal on two shots in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Kraken.
Huberdeau had been limited to one helper over his previous five contests. He snapped the goal drought late in the first period, and his tally stood as the game-winner. The 31-year-old winger is back to the 20-goal mark for the first time since his 30-goal, 115-point 2021-22 campaign with the Panthers. He's collected 37 points (12 on the power play, three shorthanded), 95 shots on net, 44 blocked shots, 34 hits and a minus-6 rating through 52 appearances in a bounce-back campaign.

Yegor Sharangovich C | CGY
Flames' Yegor Sharangovich: Earns two points in win
Sharangovich scored a power-play goal on two shots and added an assist in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Kraken.
Sharangovich ended a three-game slump by setting up Morgan Frost's first goal as a Flame in the first period. Sharangovich scored a few minutes later. The 26-year-old is up to 10 goals, 10 helpers, 90 shots on net and a minus-4 rating through 45 appearances this season. After a brief stint at center to cover for Connor Zary (knee), the Flames' trade for Frost has moved Sharangovich back to the wing for the foreseeable future.

Ryan McLeod C | BUF
Sabres' Ryan McLeod: Tallies in Sunday's victory
McLeod netted a shorthanded goal and went plus-1 in Sunday's 4-3 win over New Jersey.
McLeod scored his first shorthanded goal of the campaign to give Buffalo a 3-0 lead late in the opening frame. The 25-year-old has goals in back-to-back games and a point in three straight. McLeod has bounced around the lineup but is currently centering the third line. He had his most productive month of the season in January, delivering five goals, eight points and a plus-5 rating over 10 outings. For the season, the Ontario native is at 12 goals, 15 assists and a plus-6 rating over 49 appearances.

Pius Suter C | STL
Canucks' Pius Suter: Scores in Sunday's overtime loss
Suter scored a goal on three shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Red Wings.
In the Canucks' first game without J.T. Miller, both Suter and Filip Chytil -- the two players most likely to take his vacated top-six spot -- scored a goal. Suter's tally opened the scoring 4:19 into the contest. The difference between the two centers came at the faceoff dot, where Suter went 5-for-16 while Chytil was 9-for-12, though Suter had the tougher defensive matchups while playing on the third line. The 28-year-old has been steady lately with three goals and two assists over his last six outings, and he's now at 14 goals, 24 points, 80 shots on net and a plus-5 rating through 51 appearances this season.

Filip Chytil C | VAN
Canucks' Filip Chytil: Makes good first impression
Chytil scored a goal on three shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Red Wings.
Chytil's goal came after a Red Wing failed to clear the puck after a poke-check, with it landing right on Chytil's stick. The 25-year-old danced around the rest of the defense and flung home his first goal as a Canuck in his team debut. The center also logged 20:03 of ice time, most among Vancouver centers, and won nine of his 12 faceoffs. The Canucks have an opening for second-line center following the trade that saw Chytil swap teams with J.T. Miller, and Chytil made a good first impression to earn that spot over Pius Suter, who also scored but went 5-for-16 on faceoffs from the third line. Overall, Chytil has 12 goals, 21 points, 92 shots on net and a plus-3 rating through 42 appearances this season. Given his role and the talent around him, he's worth considering for fantasy.

Andrew Copp C | DET
Red Wings' Andrew Copp: Sends assist in overtime win
Copp logged an assist in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canucks.
Copp has two goals and an assist over his last six outings. The 30-year-old set up the first of Alex DeBrincat's two goals in the contest. Copp is up to 21 points, 65 shots on net, 32 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating over 53 appearances while serving in a middle-six role. His offense is light for a center, and his lack of non-scoring numbers makes it more difficult to roster him in fantasy.
