Jackson LaCombe D | ANA
Ducks' Jackson LaCombe: Third straight multi-point game
LaCombe notched two assists, two shots on goal, two hits and two PIM in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win over the Oilers in Game 4.
LaCombe has stepped up in the playoffs, earning a goal and seven assists over four games against the Oilers. He set up Cutter Gauthier on the power play in the second period and also helped out on Jeffrey Viel's game-tying tally in the third. LaCombe has also picked up nine shots on net, five hits, nine blocked shots and a plus-5 rating this postseason. If the Ducks dispatch the Oilers and go on a deep run, LaCombe is poised for substantial recognition on a national scale as the leader of Anaheim's blue line.

Andrew Peeke D | BOS
Bruins' Andrew Peeke: Posts helper Sunday
Peeke logged a shorthanded assist, three shots on goal, two hits and two blocked shots in Sunday's 6-1 loss to the Sabres in Game 4.
Peeke's gritty style is made for the postseason, though this was his first point in four contests against the Sabres in the first round. He's added six hits, six blocked shots, 14 PIM and a plus-2 rating. The defenseman is in the postseason for the second time in his career -- he was held off the scoresheet in six appearances during the Bruins' 2024 playoff run. He had 14 points, 105 hits, 135 blocks and 82 shots on net over 77 regular-season outings this year.

Kaiden Guhle D | MON
Canadiens' Kaiden Guhle: Chips in with helper
Guhle logged an assist, 11 hits and two blocked shots in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Lightning in Game 4.
Guhle picked up his first career playoff point when he set up a Zachary Bolduc tally in the second period. The 24-year-old Guhle took some games off late in the regular season for maintenance, but he has returned to a top-four role, including some heavier minutes due to the first three games of this series going to overtime. In four contests against the Lightning, Guhle has added four shots on net, 21 hits, nine blocked shots, six PIM and a minus-3 rating.

Janis Moser D | TB
Lightning's J.J. Moser: Dishes pair of assists
Moser logged two assists and three blocked shots in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Canadiens in Game 4.
Moser set up Jake Guentzel's goal late in the second period and had a hand in Brandon Hagel's go-ahead tally in the third. With a goal and two assists over four games in this first-round series, the 26-year-old Moser has offered a little depth scoring from the blue line. He has also maintained his shutdown role with a plus-2 rating, nine blocked shots and six hits. This is his second year in the postseason -- Moser was held off the scoresheet in all five of his playoff outings in 2025.

David Reinbacher D | MON
Canadiens' David Reinbacher: Sent to minors
Reinbacher was loaned to AHL Laval on Sunday.
Reinbacher made his first two NHL appearances at the end of the 2025-26 regular season, but he was a healthy scratch for each of the Canadiens' first four games in their first-round series against the Lightning. The Rocket earned a first-round bye in the 2026 Calder Cup Playoffs and will take on the Marlies in Game 1 on Wednesday. Unless Reinbacher receives another call-up before then, the right-shot blueliner will play a major role with the minor-league club going forward.

Bowen Byram D | BUF
Sabres' Bowen Byram: Goal streak at three games
Byram produced a goal and an assist Sunday during the Sabres' 6-1 win over the Bruins in Game 4 of their first-round series.
It was the second straight two-point performance for Byram, and the third straight game in which he's found the back of the net. The 24-year-old blueliner has caught fire at the right time for Buffalo, and he'll look to stay locked in as his team attempts to advance to the second round with a win in Game 5 on Tuesday.

Radko Gudas D | ANA
Ducks' Radko Gudas: Out for Game 4
Gudas (lower body) won't play against Edmonton on Sunday in Game 4, according to Hayley Elwood of the Ducks' official site.
Gudas hasn't been skating and will miss his third straight game. He logged only 9:40 of ice time in Game 1 against the Oilers on Monday. Drew Helleson has been lining up on the third pairing due to Gudas' absence.

Miro Heiskanen D | DAL
Stars' Miro Heiskanen: Strikes on power play in loss
Heiskanen scored a power-play goal on six shots and went minus-2 in Saturday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Wild in Game 4.
Heiskanen has a goal, three assists, 17 shots on net and six blocked shots over four games in this first-round series. The defenseman was bothered by a lower-body injury that kept him out of the last three regular-season contests, but he's averaged 31:39 per game so far in the playoffs, which has included two games going past regulation time. Heiskanen's points have all come on the power play as the Stars continue to thrive in that situation.

Charle-Edward D'Astous D | TB
Lightning's Charle-Edouard D'Astous: Unavailable Sunday
D'Astous (undisclosed) won't play against Montreal in Game 4 on Sunday, according to Benjamin Pierce of the Lightning's official site.
D'Astous will miss his third straight game, but he has been skating and will have additional time to recover before Game 5 against the Canadiens on Wednesday. He generated six goals, 29 points, 80 shots on net, 74 blocked shots and 96 hits across 70 appearances in the 2025-26 regular season. Once healthy, D'Astous could replace Declan Carlile in the lineup.

Alexander Nikishin D | CAR
Hurricanes' Alexander Nikishin: Diagnosed with concussion
Nikishin was officially diagnosed with a concussion suffered during Saturday's 4-2 win over the Senators, the Hurricanes announced Sunday.
The injury was suffered after a massive open-ice hit thrown by Tyler Kleven. With Nikishin's diagnosis, the 24-year-old will now have to clear the NHL's concussion protocol in order to return to the ice. The good news for him is that the Hurricanes dispatched the Senators in a sweep, so Carolina will have some time off before the next round, giving the young defenseman a chance to recover. Nikishin finished with no points and a plus-1 rating in the four games against the Senators.
