Oliver Ekman-Larsson D | TOR
Maple Leafs' Oliver Ekman-Larsson: Point streak grows to four
Ekman-Larsson picked up an assist and blocked two shots in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Blues.
Ekman-Larsson chipped in on Steven Lorentz's goal midway through the second period to give the Leafs a 2-1 lead. Overall, the 34-year-old Ekman-Larsson is up to 12 assists, 14 points, 27 shots on goal, 26 hits and 22 blocks through 20 games this season. He has seven points across his last eight games, and Tuesday's helper brought his point streak up to four outings. OEL has made a strong all-around impression this season and is well above the pace needed to top his 29-point campaign through 77 regular-season games a year ago. Look for the veteran blueliner to challenge for his first season with 35 points or more since he played for the Arizona Coyotes in the 2018-19 campaign.

Jake McCabe D | TOR
Maple Leafs' Jake McCabe: Lights the lamp Tuesday
McCabe tallied a goal, put two shots on net, blocked three attempts, served four PIM and dished out two hits in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win over the Blues.
McCabe tallied an unassisted goal just outside the five-minute mark of the first period. Outside of the goal, he stuffed the stat sheet with shots, blocks, PIM and hits. With Tuesday's performance, the 32-year-old defenseman is up to three goals, 10 points, 49 blocks and 26 hits through 20 games this season. In the absence of Chris Tanev (upper body) and Brandon Carlo (lower body), McCabe has seen a slight bump up in playing time, allowing him to compile complementary numbers. Even when the two return to the lineup, McCabe has strong category coverage in fantasy and is a solid depth option on the blue line.

Morgan Rielly D | TOR
Maple Leafs' Morgan Rielly: Dishes game-winning assist
Reilly provided an assist, put five shots on goal and blocked three attempts in Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win against the Blues.
Reilly relayed a pass to William Nylander that would lead the latter to score Tuesday's game-winning goal. With the helper, Reilly is up to 13 assists, 16 points, 37 shots on net and 21 blocks through 19 outings this season. The majority of his offensive contributions have been in his past nine games, where he has 10 points. If he can stay healthy, Rielly should easily surpass his 41-point performance from the 2024-25 regular season.

Josh Morrissey D | WPG
Jets' Josh Morrissey: Point streak up to six games
Morrissey recorded a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Blue Jackets.
Morrissey gave the Jets a 2-1 lead early in the second period with a tip-in, and he'd later assist Kyle Connor's goal in the third period to boost Winnipeg's lead to 4-1. Morrissey only has four goals, but he's among the best playmaking defensemen in the NHL and is up to 17 assists, good for third in the league among blueliners. His ongoing six-game point streak includes three multi-point performances, three goals, seven assists, 10 shots on goal, 12 blocked shots, four hits and a minus-1 rating.

Neal Pionk D | WPG
Jets' Neal Pionk: First goal of season
Pionk scored a power-play goal in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Blue Jackets.
Pionk found the back of the net for the first time this season with a slap shot late in the second frame. The 30-year-old veteran has five points this season, so he's not much of an asset from a fantasy perspective. That said, he could provide some upside in leagues that reward physical stats, as he's averaging 1.8 hits and 1.8 blocked shots per game.

Zach Werenski D | CLB
Blue Jackets' Zach Werenski: Keeps point streak alive
Werenski scored a goal and posted two shots in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Jets.
Werenski found the back of the net early in the third period, but by the time he had scored, the Blue Jackets were already down by multiple goals. He has six goals this campaign, and he also extended his point streak to four contests. During that prolific four-game stretch, Werenski has two goals, three assists, 15 shots, two hits, five blocked shots and an even rating.

Rasmus Andersson D | LV
Flames' Rasmus Andersson: Two points Tuesday
Andersson recorded an even-strength goal and a power-play assist in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Blackhawks.
Andersson set up Matthew Coronato's power-play goal late in the second period and later added a tally of his own in the early stages of the final frame. However, those contributions weren't enough to secure a victory for Calgary. Andersson is up to nine points this season, but four of those (two goals, two helpers) have come over his last four games.

Ben Hutton D | LV
Golden Knights' Ben Hutton: Scores rare goal
Hutton scored a goal in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.
Hutton will get another chance in the lineup during the absence of Jeremy Lauzon (undisclosed), who landed on injured reserve Tuesday. The 32-year-old Hutton has done pretty well when in the lineup this year, racking up four points, 17 shots on net, 14 blocked shots, seven hits and a minus-1 rating through 12 appearances. He's already doubled his point total and surpassed his games played from last year, and his goal Tuesday was his first since late in the 2023-24 season.
-
Shea Theodore D | LV
Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Pots power-play tally
Theodore scored a power-play goal on two shots in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.
Theodore has picked up the pace on offense with two goals, two assists and 16 shots on net over his last five games. His tally Tuesday also stood as the game-winning goal. The blueliner is up to two goals, nine points, 42 shots on net, 31 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating through 19 appearances this season. He continues to play in a top-four role.

Alexander Romanov D | NYI
Islanders' Alexander Romanov: Sustains injury late in game
Romanov (upper body) was injured in the third period of Tuesday's game versus the Stars, and there was no update on his status after the contest, Andrew Gross of Newsday reports.
Romanov didn't require hospitalization after getting smashed into the board by Mikko Rantanen, but his status beyond that isn't known. The 25-year-old Romanov missed five games earlier in the year with an upper-body injury. If he misses additional time, Adam Boqvist will likely enter the lineup, though the Islanders could also call up a left-shot defenseman from AHL Bridgeport to maintain balance on the blue line.
