  • Tyler Tucker D | STL

Blues' Tyler Tucker: Likely to miss next two games

Tucker (upper body) won't play against Edmonton on Tuesday and is doubtful for Thursday's matchup versus Florida, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Tucker is day-to-day after being injured in Sunday's 2-1 win over Utah. He was on the ice briefly for Tuesday's morning skate before leaving. The 24-year-old defender has two goals, two assists, 19 shots on net, 16 blocked shots and 34 hits through 19 appearances this season. Nick Leddy (lower body) will replace Tucker in Tuesday's lineup.

  • Nick Leddy D | SJ

Blues' Nick Leddy: Ready to rock

Leddy (lower body) will be activated from injured reserve ahead of his return to the lineup versus Edmonton on Tuesday.

After missing the last 49 games, Leddy will replace Tyler Tucker (upper body) on the third pairing in Tuesday's lineup. The 33-year-old Leddy hasn't earned a point in four appearances this season while contributing four shots on goal and five blocked shots.

  • Sabres' Mattias Samuelsson: Unavailable against Jackets

Samuelsson will not be in the lineup versus Columbus on Tuesday due to a lower-body injury, Lance Lysowski of The Buffalo News reports.

Samuelsson has struggled to stay in the lineup all season long, having previously missed 17 games earlier in the campaign. Even when healthy, the 24-year-old blueliner hasn't offered much offensively, registering a meager nine points in 35 contests. As such, Samuelsson shouldn't be expected to offer more than mid-range fantasy value even once given the all-clear.

  • Blue Jackets' Zach Werenski: Unavailable Tuesday

Werenski (undisclosed) won't be in the lineup for Tuesday's matchup versus Buffalo, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports.

Werenski will miss at least one game after getting hurt in Sunday's 5-3 loss to Dallas. He has amassed 17 goals, 57 points, 200 shots on net and 92 blocked shots over 53 appearances this season. Ivan Provorov and Denton Mateychuk will form Columbus' top pairing due to the absences of Werenski and Dante Fabbro (upper body). Provorov will replace Werenski on the first power-play unit.

  • Jonas Brodin D | MIN

Wild's Jonas Brodin: Removed from LTIR

Brodin (lower body) was activated off long-term injured reserve Tuesday, per Michael Russo of The Athletic.

Brodin last suited up against the Blues on Jan. 7 -- the left-shot blueliner has sat out the last 12 games. The 31-year-old has provided four goals, 16 points and a plus-10 rating across 31 appearances this campaign. Brodin will skate alongside Jared Spurgeon on the second pairing Tuesday against the Bruins.

  • Artem Zub D | OTT

Senators' Artem Zub: Picks up two assists in win

Zub notched two assists, one on the power play, in Monday's 5-2 win over the Predators.

The 29-year-old blueliner delivered his first multi-point performance since Nov. 12, helping to set up tallies by Jake Sanderson in the second period and David Perron in the third. Injuries cost Zub significant time over the first three months of the season and severely limited his production, but he's begun to find a groove -- over the last 11 games, he's churned out two goals and six points.

  • Hurricanes' Riley Stillman: Sent to AHL

Stillman was assigned to AHL Chicago on Monday.

Carolina recalled Scott Morrow from the minors in a corresponding move. Stillman has been a healthy scratch frequently at the NHL level this season, including the last two games. He has two goals and five points in 15 AHL appearances during the 2024-25 campaign.

  • Ryker Evans D | SEA

Kraken's Ryker Evans: Not cleared for contact

Evans (upper body) skated Monday but remains in a non-contact sweater and is still day-to-day, Mike Benton of the Kraken Audio Network reports.

Evans will almost certainly remain out of action for his third straight game when the Kraken face the Red Wings on Tuesday. Offensive production has been limited for the 23-year-old blueliner of late, as he was stuck in a nine-game goal drought prior to suffering his upper-body injury. Cale Fleury figures to continue getting an extended look while Evans is on the shelf.

  • Flyers' Rasmus Ristolainen: Deemed day-to-day

Ristolainen (upper body) is day-to-day ahead of Tuesday's matchup against Utah, Charlie O'Connor of PHLY Sports reports.

Ristolainen's injury does not seem serious, but it's unclear if he will be ready to play versus Utah on Tuesday. The 30-year-old defender has two goals, 15 points, 74 shots on net, 85 blocked shots and 83 hits through 54 appearances this season. Philadelphia dressed seven defensemen and 11 forwards in Sunday's 2-0 loss to Colorado because Nicolas Deslauriers (upper body), Andrei Kuzmenko (not injury related), Jakob Pelletier (not injury related), Owen Tippett (undisclosed) and Ryan Poehling (upper body) were unavailable. It's unclear if any of them will play in Tuesday's matchup, and roster space is scarce.

  • Kraken's Gustav Olofsson: Returned to minors

Olofsson was reassigned to AHL Coachella Valley on Sunday.

Olofsson was a healthy scratch in Sunday's 3-2 loss to Calgary after being recalled from the minors on an emergency basis. He has registered two goals and nine assists in 34 AHL appearances this season.
