  • Joel Kiviranta LW | COL

Avalanche's Joel Kiviranta: Nabs helper Sunday

Kiviranta notched an assist and two hits in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Maple Leafs.

This was Kiviranta's second game back after he missed 10 due to a lower-body injury. He's reclaimed a fourth-line role since his return. Kiviranta's at five points, 17 shots on net, 33 hits and a plus-1 rating over 23 appearances in 2025-26. Without an uptick in offense, Kiviranta is poor option for most fantasy formats.

  • Avalanche's Valeri Nichushkin: Bags apple Sunday

Nichushkin registered an assist and four shots on goal in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Maple Leafs.

Nichushkin missed Monday's game versus the Capitals after sustaining minor upper-body injuries in a car accident on his way to the arena. He was able to play Wednesday versus the Ducks and picked up his first point in three outings Sunday. The winger is up to 28 points (11 goals, 17 helpers), 100 shots on net, 34 hits and a plus-4 rating over 41 appearances.

  • Jack Drury C | COL

Avalanche's Jack Drury: Pots goal in Sunday's win

Drury scored a goal in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Maple Leafs.

Drury ended a five-game point drought with his second-period tally, which stretched the Avalanche's lead to 3-0. The 25-year-old center is holding down a third-line role, which doesn't often lead to a lot of offense. Drury has managed eight goals, 16 points, 59 shots on net, 43 blocked shots and a plus-12 rating over 50 appearances this season.

  • Flames' Hunter Brzustewicz: Scores first NHL goal

Brzustewicz scored a goal in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks.

Brzustewicz's first NHL goal gave the Flames a 2-0 lead at 7:56 of the first period. The 21-year-old defenseman has been scratched for four of the Flames' 12 contests in January, which is likely part of the development curve for him. He'll compete with Brayden Pachal and Joel Hanley for third-pairing minutes until Zayne Parekh (upper body) returns from a conditioning assignment at AHL Calgary.

  • Flames' Jonathan Huberdeau: Tallies in overtime loss

Huberdeau scored a goal on five shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks.

Huberdeau snapped a nine-game point drought with the goal. He missed Wednesday's contest versus the Penguins due to a lower-body injury, and he's filled a middle-six role over the last two games since his return. The veteran winger has struggled to the tune of nine goals, 22 points, 76 shots on net, 41 PIM and a minus-8 rating over 46 appearances this season.

  • Flames' Matthew Coronato: One of each Sunday

Coronato scored a power-play goal on four shots and added an assist in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks.

Coronato snapped a four-game slump with the pair of points. He had been limited to two goals over his last 10 outings since his previous multi-point effort. The 23-year-old winger still needs to improve his consistency, which could be tough to do given the Flames' scoring struggles this season. Coronato is up to 14 goals, 14 assists, 119 shots on net and a minus-20 rating over 51 appearances.

  • Dustin Wolf G | CGY

Flames' Dustin Wolf: Rough showing in overtime loss

Wolf surrendered four goals on 21 shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Ducks.

Wolf continues to struggle in January -- he's allowed four goals in seven of his eight outings this month, going 1-6-1. The 24-year-old was done in by a Beckett Sennecke hat trick in this contest. Wolf is down to 15-20-3 with a 3.03 GAA and an .896 save percentage over 39 appearances after this latest defeat. He's slipped into a timeshare with Devin Cooley, and if they continue to alternate starts, it would be Cooley getting the road start in Minnesota on Thursday before Wolf would start at home Saturday versus Wolf's hometown team, the Sharks.

  • Alex Killorn LW | ANA

Ducks' Alex Killorn: Provides pair of assists

Killorn recorded two assists and three shots on goal in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win over the Flames.

Killorn had been limited to one goal over his last eight games. His last assist was Dec. 20 versus the Blue Jackets. The 36-year-old forward is at five goals, 11 helpers, 94 shots on net, 47 hits, 34 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 52 appearances. Killorn is filling a top-six role while the Ducks are missing three of their top forwards in Leo Carlsson (thigh), Mason McTavish (upper body) and Troy Terry (upper body).

  • Ducks' Mikael Granlund: Logs two assists in overtime win

Granlund logged two assists in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win over the Flames.

Granlund earned his first multi-point effort since Dec. 20 versus the Blue Jackets. The 33-year-old has still had a good January with eight points and 23 shots on net over 12 appearances. For the season, he's up to 23 points (nine goals, 14 helpers), 70 shots on net, 23 hits, 22 blocked shots and a minus-6 rating over 34 outings. He was in a middle-six role early in the season but has taken on top-line duties in the absences of Leo Carlsson (thigh) and Mason McTavish (upper body).

  • Chris Kreider LW | ANA

Ducks' Chris Kreider: Forces overtime Sunday

Kreider scored a goal on four shots and went plus-2 in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win over the Flames.

Kreider's goal at 13:08 of the third period tied the game at 3-3, setting the stage for Beckett Sennecke to complete his first career hat trick in overtime. This was Kreider's second game in a row with a goal. He's up to 17 tallies, 27 points, 86 shots on net, 44 hits, 20 PIM and a minus-4 rating over 46 appearances. Kreider remains a solid source of secondary scoring and power-play production for fantasy managers.
