Anton Forsberg G | LA
Kings' Anton Forsberg: Plays third period Saturday
Forsberg stopped all 11 shots he faced in relief of Darcy Kuemper in the third period of Saturday's 6-2 loss to the Mammoth.
The Mammoth got an empty-netter early in the third period but didn't put the puck behind Forsberg in his relief appearance. The 33-year-old has given up 15 goals on 140 shots over five appearances in March, which has led to him serving firmly in the backup role. He remains at 11-11-5 with a 2.81 GAA and a .902 save percentage over 30 appearances this season. The Kings have a back-to-back in the middle of the week, hosting the Blues on Wednesday and the Predators on Thursday. Forsberg could get a start in that span, though Kuemper could get doubled up for starts if the Kings need to go all-out to gain ground in the playoff race.

Darcy Kuemper G | LA
Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Pulled after two periods Saturday
Kuemper stopped 11 of 16 shots in Saturday's 6-2 loss to the Mammoth.
Kuemper was pulled after two periods in an ineffective performance. This was his first regulation loss since March 7 versus the Canadiens -- he went 3-0-4 over the seven outings in between. This poor showing dropped Kuemper to 18-14-13 with a 2.67 GAA and an .896 save percentage over 47 starts this season. The Kings have a back-to-back up next with major implications on the playoff race in both games, as they host the Blues on Wednesday and the Predators on Thursday. Kuemper and Anton Forsberg will likely split those games, though Kuemper would be the more probable of the two to get doubled up for starts, especially if the Kings lose ground in the playoff race while idle for the three days.

Clayton Keller RW | UTA
Mammoth's Clayton Keller: Records two power-play assists
Keller notched two power-play assists and two shots on goal in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Kings.
Keller helped out on tallies by Logan Cooley and Nick Schmaltz. While Keller has gone five games without a goal, he's earned six assists in that span to stay productive on offense. The 27-year-old winger is up to 22 goals, 51 assists, 209 shots on net and a plus-20 rating through 74 appearances this season. He's topped 70 points in four straight campaigns and could take a run at reaching 80 if he stays hot over the last few weeks of the season.

Mikhail Sergachev D | UTA
Mammoth's Mikhail Sergachev: Racks up four more assists
Sergachev notched four assists and three blocked shots in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Kings.
Two of Sergachev's helpers came on the power play in this strong display of playmaking. The defenseman has earned 11 assists over nine contests since he returned from a lower-body injury that cost him four games. Through 70 outings this season, the blueliner has 53 points -- matching his total from 77 appearances a year ago. Sergachev has picked up 22 power-play points, 139 shots on net, 118 blocked shots, 38 PIM and a plus-1 rating in 2025-26.

Jack McBain C | UTA
Mammoth's Jack McBain: Fills empty cage
McBain scored an empty-net goal on two shots, added two PIM and doled out three hits in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Kings.
McBain has three goals over his last seven games. The 26-year-old continues to offer elite physicality from the third line, though that hasn't come with a lot of offense this season. He's at nine goals, 25 points, 106 shots on net, 269 hits, 84 PIM and a plus-11 rating over 74 appearances. McBain needs two more points to match his career-best total from last year.

Jordan Kyrou C | STL
Blues' Jordan Kyrou: May be warming up after cold season
Kyrou delivered two assists in a 5-1 win over Toronto on Saturday.
Kyrou's season has been largely forgettable -- he has just 39 points in 62 games after putting up at least 67 in four straight regular seasons. Kyrou may be warming up -- he has four points (two goals, two assists) and six shots in his last four games. It's still hard to trust him, though, so approach activation with caution.

Nick Schmaltz C | UTA
Mammoth's Nick Schmaltz: Finds twine on power play
Schmaltz scored a power-play goal in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Kings.
Schmaltz has three goals and three assists over his last seven outings. He stretched the Mammoth's lead to 5-1 in the second period of this contest. The 30-year-old has put up strong numbers all season and is now at 27 goals, 65 points (15 on the power play), 177 shots on net, 46 blocked shots and a plus-18 rating over 74 appearances. Schmaltz has a chance to reach the 30-goal and 70-point thresholds for the first time in his career if he can keep up his offense to close out the regular season.

Jake Neighbours LW | STL
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Two assists may snap struggles
Neighbours picked two apples Saturday in a 5-1 victory over the Maple Leafs.
Neighbours has struggled to spark his game since the Olympic break. He had just one assist in 14 games since then, and prior to Saturday. Overall, Neighbours has 14 goals, 14 assists, 72 shots and 132 hits in 59 games this season. Yes, his season has disappointed fans and managers, who thought he'd take the next step forward this season. At least Neighbours has continued to lay guys out through his offensive struggles, but that does little for many managers who took the chance on him.

Alexander Kerfoot C | UTA
Mammoth's Alex Kerfoot: Tallies twice in win
Kerfoot scored two goals in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Kings.
Kerfoot reached the 300-point mark in his career with a helper Thursday versus the Capitals, and he continues to show some skill as a depth scorer. He's earned three goals and two assists during a four-game point streak. For the season, the veteran forward has 10 points, 23 shots on net, 23 hits, 23 PIM, 21 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating over 26 appearances, mainly featuring in a fourth-line role.

Logan Cooley C | UTA
Mammoth's Logan Cooley: Reaches 20-goal mark
Cooley scored twice on three shots in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Kings.
Cooley's pair of goals came late in the first period. The latter tally was on the power play and stood as the game-winner, his career-best third GWG of the season. Cooley has reached the 20-goal mark in all three years of his career so far, though it took him just 46 contests in 2025-26. He's added 13 helpers, seven power-play points, 88 shots on net, 48 hits and a plus-4 rating. This was his fifth multi-goal effort of the campaign.
