  • Golden Knights' Mitch Marner: Earns pair of assists

Marner logged two assists, including one while shorthanded, in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Oilers.

Marner has six points over his last three games. The 28-year-old forward is playing steady hockey in a second-line role for the Golden Knights. He's up to 65 points (19 on the power play, one shorthanded) with 122 shots on net, 40 blocked shots and a plus-15 rating over 63 appearances this season.

  • Golden Knights' Noah Hanifin: Lights lamp in loss

Hanifin scored a goal on two shots and blocked four shots in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Oilers.

Hanifin has a goal and an assist over his last three games. He previously went 11 contests without a point and missed one game to recover from the travel coming home from the Olympics. The 29-year-old defenseman is up to three goals, 22 points, 108 shots on net, 92 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating through 53 appearances this season. He continues to fill a top-four role but isn't in the power-play mix, which will limit his offense.

  • Jack Eichel C | LV

Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Tallies shortie in loss

Eichel scored a shorthanded goal on five shots in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Oilers.

Eichel got the Golden Knights back within one late in the third period, but the comeback effort fell short. The 29-year-old had been limited to two assists over five games since his turn with the gold-medal-winning Team USA Olympic squad. The center is up to 22 goals, 71 points, 204 shots on net, 32 hits, 34 blocked shots and a plus-12 rating over 56 appearances. His goal Sunday was his first shorthanded point of the campaign.

  • Adin Hill G | LV

Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Tough outing against Oilers

Hill stopped 15 of 18 shots in Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Oilers. The fourth goal was an empty-netter.

Hill didn't show a great performance, struggling even against a light workload in this loss. Hill has allowed 15 goals over his four appearances since the Olympic break, though he's salvaged a 2-2-0 record from that stretch. The 29-year-old goalie is down to 6-5-3 with a 3.40 GAA and an .859 save percentage through 16 starts this season. If the Golden Knights continue to alternate between Hill and Akira Schmid, Hill's next outing would be against the Penguins on Thursday.

  • Colton Dach C | EDM

Oilers' Colton Dach: Logs helper with new team

Dach posted an assist and three hits in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

Dach has played in the last two games for the Oilers since he was included in the trade that also sent Jason Dickinson to Edmonton. The 23-year-old Dach is filling a fourth-line role for now, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him exit the lineup when Adam Henrique (knee) returns. Dach has a total of 10 points, 52 shots on net, 194 hits, 27 blocked shots, 47 PIM and a minus-17 rating over 55 appearances this season. His opportunities are likely to be heavily limited with the Oilers.

  • Oilers' Connor McDavid: Deals pair of helpers

McDavid notched two assists in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

McDavid's point streak is up to seven games, and he's earned a goal and 12 helpers in that span. The 29-year-old has often been heavy on the playmaking for his extended runs of offense. He's now at 108 points (35 goals, 73 assists) with 235 shots on net and a plus-12 rating through 64 appearances this season. McDavid remains the gold standard for offense in the NHL.

  • Oilers' Trent Frederic: Finds twine in win

Frederic scored a goal on two shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

Frederic has scored twice over his last four games to double his season total. He's now at four goals, five points, 59 shots on net, 155 hits, 47 PIM and a minus-16 rating across 61 appearances. Frederic will need to show a lot more on offense to gain trust with fantasy managers.

  • Oilers' Kasperi Kapanen: Fills empty cage

Kapanen scored an empty-net goal on two shots and added two hits in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

Kapanen ended a three-game skid with his tally. The 29-year-old has played well in a middle-six role when healthy this season, earning 13 points over 23 appearances. He's added 45 shots on net, 49 hits and a plus-8 rating. Kapanen has some value in deeper fantasy formats, but his potential will be limited as long as he's on the third line.

  • Oilers' Vasily Podkolzin: Scores again Sunday

Podkolzin scored a goal, added four hits and blocked two shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

Podkolzin has scored in consecutive contests for the second time this season. The 24-year-old winger is up to a career-high 15 goals on the year, as well as 29 points, 101 shots on net, 190 hits, 34 blocked shots, 51 PIM and a plus-15 rating through 64 appearances. He was bumped up to the second line for this contest, though Matt Savoie, who moved down to the third line, is likely the better long-term fit in that spot.

  • Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Nets game-winner Sunday

Draisaitl scored a goal on two shots and added two hits in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

Draisaitl's goal was the game-winner, and it extended his point streak to five contests. He has five goals and seven helpers in that span. The 30-year-old superstar is up to 34 tallies, 92 points, 176 shots on net, 32 hits and a plus-12 rating through 61 appearances this season. Just three of his goals have been game-winners this year -- he hasn't had fewer than seven GWG in any of the last six campaigns.
