Red Sox shortstop Xander Bogaerts left Sunday's game at the Orioles in the bottom of the second inning, and according to MassLive.com, he had a stiff neck. Jemile Weeks replaced Bogaerts in the game.
Bogaerts made just one plate appearance, and he grounded out.
