  • Brewers' Austin Ross: Earns loss on two earned runs

Ross was tagged with a loss, giving up two hits, a walk, and two earned runs in an inning of work Wednesday against Triple-A Nashville. Ross is coming off a solid spring training where he gave up a hit, walk, and earned run over four innings of work along with striking out five batters. The 27-year-old had an up and down 2015 campaign that saw him post a 2.61 ERA over 38 innings with Double-A Biloxi and then, after being promoted to Triple-A Colorado Springs, get roughed up for a 6.96 ERA over 32.1 innings.
