  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: On base four times in Sunday's loss

Dubon went 3-for-4 with a walk and a stolen base in Sunday's loss to the Phillies. The veteran utility player got the start in left field and hit fifth as he puts the finishing touches on a career-best campaign. Dubon has been in the lineup nearly every day for Atlanta while seeing extensive time in left (80 games) and shortstop (56 games) and occasionally covering center field, third base or second base, and he's set new career highs in homers (11) and steals (eight) while slashing .268/.313/.385 in 570 plate appearances.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Crushes late two-run homer

Dubon went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and an additional run scored during Friday's 5-2 win over the Phillies. Dubon gave Atlanta a three-run cushion after taking Orion Kerkering deep to left-center field for a 390-foot, two-run blast. It was Dubon's first home run since the All-Star break, bringing him up to 11 home runs on the year and surpassing a previous career high that he set in 2023 with the Astros. Dubon has a .702 OPS with seven steals, 66 RBI and 37 extra-base hits across 536 plate appearances this season.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Getting breather Wednesday

Dubon is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Nationals. Dubon will rest during Wednesday's afternoon contest after starting each of the previous 12 games. Ha-Seong Kim will fill in at shortstop for Atlanta in the series finale.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Bangs out three hits Thursday

Dubon went 3-for-4 with a run scored in Thursday's win over the White Sox. Getting the start at shortstop and batting seventh, Dubon kept the line moving on a night when the bottom of the order did most of the work for the Atlanta offense. It was the veteran utility player's first multi-hit performance since a four-hit effort Aug. 6, and over 54 plate appearances on the month he's produced a .294/.315/.333 slash line with two doubles, three steals, five runs and six RBI.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Sitting for second time in four games

Dubon is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Twins. Atlanta appears to have five players -- Dubon, Dominic Smith, Jim Jarvis, Mike Yastrzemski and Sean Murphy -- vying for three spots in the lineup against right-handed pitching for any given game. Dubon and Murphy will end up being the odd men out Wednesday, and the former player has now sat twice in Atlanta's last four games.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Resting up Sunday

Dubon is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks. Dubon will get a breather after making five straight starts, three in left field and two at shortstop. Mike Yastrzemski will get the nod Sunday in left, while Jim Jarvis forms a double-play tandem with second baseman Ozzie Albies.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Given day off

Dubon is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees. The super-utility player will receive a breather after starting four straight games at four different positions -- left field, center field, second base and shortstop. With Dubon resting, Atlanta will make room in the lineup for Dominic Smith, who will bat sixth as the DH.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Reaches five times in win

Dubon went 4-for-4 with a double, a walk, a run, two RBI and a stolen base in Thursday's 11-3 victory versus Miami. The Marlins were unable to stop Dubon from getting on base, as the utility man recorded his first four-hit performance of the season. He's collected three mutli-hit efforts across his past five games and is batting .529 (9-for-17) while scoring five times and logging three steals over that span. Dubon is getting regular playing time with six starts over Atlanta's past eight contests, and he's already set a career high with 58 RBI through 445 plate appearances.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Getting break Saturday

Dubon isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Nationals. Dubon will get a chance to clear his head Saturday after posting just a .513 OPS in 15 games since the All-Star break. His absence will allow Mike Yastrzemski to start in left field while Dominic Smith serves as Atlanta's designated hitter.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Provides lone run in loss

Dubon went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 4-1 loss to St. Louis. Dubon got Atlanta on the board with a seventh-inning homer, but that was the team's lone run of the game. That long ball was his 10th of the campaign, which matches his career high from 2023 with the Astros. He has continued to hit well in July, going 12-for-42 (.286) with two homers and eight RBI over 11 contests this month. For the season, the utility man is batting .269 with a .749 OPS over 90 games.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Three hits in loss to Mets

Dubon went 3-for-5 with a run scored and an RBI in Monday's loss to the Mets. All three knocks were singles, and Dubon has hit safely in 11 of the last 13 games, producing a .367/.436/.571 slash line with two homers, one steal, six RBI and 12 runs over that stretch. The veteran utility player has started six straight contests in left field, and that might be his regular defensive home until Ronald Acuna (hamstring) returns after the All-Star break.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Logs steal in win

Dubon went 2-for-5 with a stolen base and two runs scored in Friday's 3-1 win over San Francisco. Dubon logged his third multi-hit effort in his last five games, a span in which he's gone 9-for-22 (.409). The utility man hasn't been particularly active on the basepaths this season -- this was just his second steal on four attempts, with both successful thefts coming in June. He's now batting .267 with a .735 OPS, eight home runs, 43 RBI, 34 runs scored, 15 doubles and two triples over 76 contests.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Pops homer in loss

Dubon went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and a second run scored in Tuesday's 7-6 extra-inning loss to San Diego. Dubon has eight homers on the year, including five over 18 games in June. The utility man is batting .309 (21-for-68) this month while adding 14 RBI. For the season, he's hitting .264 with a .733 OPS, 43 RBI, 32 runs scored, 14 doubles, two triples and a stolen base over 74 contests. Dubon is already knocking on the door of some career highs in counting stats, and he should have a good chance of matching or exceeding them if he continues to play regularly.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Three hits from leadoff spot

Dubon went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Sunday's loss to the Brewers. Getting the start in left field and hitting leadoff, Dubon accounted for nearly half of Atlanta's hits in a 9-4 loss. The veteran utility player has regularly hit atop the order against left-handed pitching while Ronald Acuna (hamstring) has been on the shelf in June, and over 16 games this month Dubon sports a .305/.349/.542 slash line with two doubles, four homers, one steal, eight runs and 13 RBI.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Blasts homer in loss

Dubon went 1-for-4 with a walk and a two-run home run in Wednesday's 7-5 loss to the Giants. Dubon hit a line drive over the wall in left-center field off Matt Gage in the ninth inning to cut Atlanta's lead to 7-4, though Atlanta's comeback bid ultimately fell short. The super-utility man extended his hitting streak to seven games, though his .250/.300/.357 slash line during that stretch is underwhelming since he has exactly one hit in each contest. Dubon led off this game and had a rare start in center field while Michael Harris (back) nurses an injury.

Dubon went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a double, an additional RBI and an additional run scored in Friday's win over the Pirates. The eight-year veteran is trending in the right direction after hitting just .222 with a .600 OPS across 26 games in May.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Hits game-winning home run

Dubon went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Wednesday's 7-3 win over the Blue Jays. Dubon hit a three-run blast into the right-field bullpen in the third inning to give Atlanta a 4-2 lead, which it wouldn't relinquish. The super-utility man has been playing left field pretty consistently after moving from shortstop once Ha-Seong Kim came back from injury. This game ended a 3-for-27 slump since May 23 for Dubon, and on the season he's slashing .249/.304/.380 with four homers, 23 runs and 32 RBI in 58 contests.

Dubon went 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI in Friday's 5-4 extra-innings win over the Nationals. Dubon doubled in the first inning and later singled home a run in the bottom of the 10th to send the game to the 11th. It was Dubon's second three-hit game of the week, and he's now on a five-game hitting streak. After opening the season as Atlanta's shortstop, Dubon has mainly been handling left field this month with Ha-Seong Kim back from injury. Dubon is slashing .269/.321/.407 with three homers, 29 RBI, 21 runs scored and a 12:32 BB:K across 196 plate appearances this season.

  • Braves' Mauricio Dubon: Three hits in Tuesday's win

Dubon went 3-for-5 with a double, a run scored and an RBI in Tuesday's 8-4 win over the Marlins. The veteran super-utility player got the start in left field and hit second behind a returning Ronald Acuna, and Dubon took advantage of the prime placement. The performance snapped a 2-for-23 skid over his prior six games, and on the season he's slashing .256/.312/.395 with three homers, 20 runs and 26 RBI in 46 contests. Even with Ha-Seong Kim back in action as the starting shortstop as well, Dubon could retain a near-everyday role given his defensive versatility.

Dubon went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during Atlanta's 4-1 win over the Cubs on Wednesday. It was Dubon's third home run of the season (first since April 6) and his ninth multi-RBI game. He is slashing .263/.321/.414 with 19 runs scored and 25 RBI across 165 plate appearances this season.
