Brewers' Jackson Chourio: Homers twice Saturday
Chourio went 4-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in Saturday's loss to the Phillies.
Chourio launched a solo shot off Aaron Nola in the fifth inning before taking Jose Alvarado deep for a two-run homer in the seventh. He also added an RBI single in the eighth. The star outfielder is riding a six-game hitting streak and has four multi-hit performances over that stretch. Chourio has been outstanding of late and is hitting .407 with a 1.265 OPS, six homers, 17 RBI and 15 runs scored across 12 games since the beginning of June.

Chourio took Cristopher Sanchez's fourth pitch of the game out to center field. The power continues to rise for Chourio, who has five homers and nine RBI over his last five contests. He's logged five multi-hit efforts over his last seven games, batting .457 (16-for-35) in that span. For the season, the outfielder is hitting .322 with a .942 OPS, nine homers, 26 RBI, 27 runs scored, 11 doubles and five stolen bases over 35 contests. Chourio often hits second in the order, though he moves up to leadoff against southpaws or when Christian Yelich gets a day off.

Chourio went 3-for-6 with a pair of doubles in Sunday's 12-4 win over the Rockies.
Despite going 0-for-10 with four strikeouts in the Brewers' first two games in Colorado, Chourio maintained an aggressive approach at the plate in the finale. He swung at the first offering in each of his first four at-bats on the afternoon, reaching on a base hit to right, a double to left and another double to right before the hitting streak came to an end when he whiffed on a first-pitch changeup in the sixth inning. Chourio was one of three Brewers to finish with three hits as Milwaukee completed the series sweep.

Chourio went 3-for-4 with two home runs, four RBI, four runs scored and a walk in Thursday's 12-9 loss to the Giants.
It was a banner performance by Chourio, who recorded the third multi-homer game of his career and his first of the year. The four RBI were also a season high in what was the star outfielder's second effort of the campaign with at least three knocks. Chourio carried the Brewers' offense in the victory, recording both of the team's extra-base hits (and two of the club's overall five knocks).
