Rangers' Tyler Zombro: Signs minor-league deal
Zombro signed a minor-league contract with the Rangers on Friday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
Zombro will get a chance to return to the mound after appearing in just one game with Triple-A Durham in 2022. The right-hander was struck in the head by a 104 mph line drive in 2021 which caused him to have a seizure. He'll give Texas some minor-league relief depth.
