Laroche is sidelined in the Arizona Complex League due to a strained right rotator cuff, Josh Norris of Baseball America reports.
Laroche gets high marks for his current low-to-mid-90s fastball velocity that doesn't require significant effort and projectable 6-foot-1 frame. He had a 2.11 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 34:6 K:BB in 38.1 innings while repeating the Dominican Summer League last year.
