Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy5H agoThe Brewers had one hit with runners in scoring position over three days in Cincinnati. Their top three relievers were all unavailable in a finale in which the Brewers pitchers who were available walked 11 and gave up 11 hits. Quite a way to sweep. https://t.co/zRAnjeOkCQ -

The Brewer Nation@BrewerNation16H ago#Brewers Win! Final: 6-5! W: Patrick (5-3) S: Kuhnel (2)(6) Drohan pitched pretty well but only for 4.1 IP so Patrick gets the win in spite of the box score. Only Kuhnel among the RPs didn't allow a run and he got the save. The Crew held on after 3- & 5-run leads dwindled. -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy16H agoSweet sassy molassy, Joel Kuhnel induced a game-ending double play with the bases loaded and the Brewers got a 6-5 win and a sweep of the Reds. It wasn't pretty. They don't have to be pretty. -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy17H agoWith Joel Kuhnel warming, the Brewers tried to get one more out from Craig Yoho, but Spencer Steer hit a two-run homer to make this a one-run ballgame. Now here comes Kuhnel. -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy17H agoCraig Yoho: One pitch, one huge out with the bases loaded to end the seventh. The Brewers have a 6-2 lead with Kuhnel left in the bullpen (unless you want to pitch Megill/Ashby three games in a row). -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy18H agoIn the bottom of the 25th inning of the Brewers-Reds series, the Reds have the first hit with a runner in scoring position for either team. They were a combined 0-for-29 with RISP, including 0-for-13 so far tonight, before Blake Dunn's RBI double. https://t.co/eYJMRofOpb -

Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy22H agoSounds like a strong possibility that Jared Koenig will be in the Brewers bullpen this weekend against the Cubs. Robert Gasser will also be available in relief before rejoining the rotation.
