Clippers' Bradley Beal: Slated for season-ending surgery
Beal was diagnosed Wednesday with a left hip fracture and will require season-ending surgery, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Beal had previously exited Saturday's 114-103 loss to the Suns and sat out Monday's 105-102 loss to the Hawks to an injury the Clippers initially referred to as hip soreness. However, following further imaging, Beal was diagnosed with a fracture, and after consulting with multiple specialists, a unanimous decision was reached for the three-time All-Star to have season-ending surgery. After being bought out from his contract with Phoenix over the summer, Beal joined the Clippers on a two-year, $11 million deal in July. The second season of his deal is a $5.6 million player option, which he may be inclined to pick up after sustaining a long-term injury. With Beal out for the season, the Clippers could continue to lean more heavily on Kris Dunn alongside James Harden in the backcourt. Beal's absence could also pave the way for either or both of Bogdan Bogdanovic and Chris Paul to re-enter the rotation after both went unused in the Clippers' previous two contests.

Clippers' Bradley Beal: Ruled out for Wednesday
Beal (hip) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Nuggets, Joey Linn of SI.com reports.
Beal is dealing with a left hip issue and will miss his second consecutive game. The veteran guard's next opportunity to play will come Friday against the Mavericks. With Beal sidelined, John Collins, Kris Dunn and Cam Christie are candidates for an uptick in minutes.

Beal was initially added to the injury report due to left hip soreness, and the team announced about 90 minutes before tipoff that he'll be sidelined for Monday's clash. John Collins will enter the starting lineup in Beal's absence. Coach Tyronn Lue noted in his pre-game presser that there is concern about this being a multi-game injury for Beal, per Joey Linn of SI.com, so his status for Wednesday's game against the Nuggets is murky at best.

Beal registered five points (2-14 FG, 1-5 3Pt), one rebound and one assist across 20 minutes during Thursday's 115-102 loss to the Suns.
Beal was once again on a minutes restriction Thursday as the team continues to keep him around the 20-minute mark. He was unable to find his rhythm on the offensive end, finishing with only five points despite chucking up 14 attempts from the field. This was a disappointing night overall for Beal, who was unable to get much going despite the absences of James Harden (personal) and Kawhi Leonard (ankle).

Clippers' Bradley Beal: Will have restrictions once again
Beal is starting against the Rockets on Thursday but will play on a minutes restriction, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
Beal will start in the backcourt alongside Kris Dunn, and although he'll be on a minutes restriction, it hasn't been specified how long he'll be on the court for. Beal has played between 20 and 21 minutes in his four appearances this season, so it's reasonable to believe his minutes will be around that mark once again. Beal is averaging 8.0 points per game in those four contests, however, so he's not carrying a lot of fantasy upside at the moment.
