Bane ended with 23 points (10-16 FG, 3-6 3Pt), one rebound, five assists and two steals across 37 minutes during Wednesday's 133-124 victory over Miami.
Bane had some shooting woes in December and early January, but he seems to be turning things around. He has scored at least 20 points while shooting at least 50 percent from the floor in three of his last four appearances. Bane has reached the 20-point mark in five of his past eight games, making 48.4 percent of his shots and 35 percent of his threes during that span.

Magic's Desmond Bane: Scores 19 points vs. Cleveland
Bane logged 19 points (7-17 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, one block and one steal over 38 minutes during the Magic's 114-98 loss to the Celtics on Monday.

Bane was one of two Magic starters to reach the 20-point threshold, as Paolo Banchero paced the team with 23 points, but it was Bane who displayed more efficiency. Bane and the rest of the Magic starters did not play in the fourth quarter while facing a 26-point deficit, as head coach Jamahl Mosley opted to stick with the bench during a furious comeback in the final frame that ultimately fell short. Bane added three blocks and three steals to a productive offensive result in Tuesday's win. He was especially effective in the closing minutes, swatting a key shot as the Trail Blazers tried to hold onto a slim lead. Bane got the help he needed from the rest of the squad after an uninspired loss Monday night to the Warriors. With two of the year's final four games against the Pacers and Hornets, Bane should be able to finish 2025 strong against a couple of weak opponents.
