  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Removed from injury report

Caruso (finger) is off the injury report for Tuesday's game against the Spurs. Caruso missed Monday's game against the Grizzlies due to a sprained right finger, but the Thunder have cleared him to play Tuesday. He's averaged 5.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.7 steals in 19.3 minutes per contest across his last nine outings, limiting his fantasy appeal outside of swipes.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Listed out Monday

Caruso is out for Monday's game against the Grizzlies due to a sprained right finger. Caruso's next chance to play comes on a short turnaround Tuesday in San Antonio. His vacated minutes figure to be dispersed among Luguentz Dort, Ajay Mitchell and Cason Wallace, especially if Aaron Wiggins (adductor) can't play.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Questionable for Monday

Caruso is questionable to play Monday versus Memphis due to a sprained right middle finger. With Monday's game being the first of a back-to-back set against an under-.500 team, Caruso will likely miss at least one of the next two contests, but we'll have a better idea of his availability for Monday based on his activity level at shootaround. If Caruso is forced to the sidelines, Cason Wallace will benefit.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Grabs 12 rebounds in loss

Caruso notched seven points (2-7 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds, one assist and two blocks across 22 minutes during Friday's 112-107 loss to the Timberwolves. Caruso made a great contribution with the second unit, providing a good dose of defensive spark at the right moments. Although the veteran hasn't done much in the scoring column this season, he's been a valuable source of production in secondary categories. His average of 1.8 steals per game is on pace to set a career high for the ninth-year pro.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Season-high 11 points

Caruso contributed 11 points (5-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt), eight rebounds, three assists and three steals over 24 minutes during Saturday's 111-109 loss to San Antonio. Caruso recorded double-digit points for just the third time, matching his season-high with 11 points. Injuries continue to be an issue for Caruso who's missed nine games thus far due to various ailments. When healthy, he remains one of the best steal streamers in the league, averaging 1.8 thefts in just 18.8 minutes per game.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Tallies three steals in return

Caruso (quadriceps) logged three points (1-3 FG, 1-2 3Pt), three steals, one rebound and one assist across 13 minutes during Wednesday's 138-89 victory over Phoenix. Caruso returned to action after missing the past four games due to a right quad contusion. Though Caruso remains a valuable role player for Oklahoma City due to his defensive versatility, his hard-nosed style of play often lends itself to injury. He's already missed nine games this season, but when healthy and available, Caruso can hold some value as a streaming option for steals.

Caruso (quadriceps) is off the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Suns. After sitting out four consecutive games due to a right quadriceps contusion, Caruso is lined up for a return Wednesday. The veteran swingman will likely play his usual role off the bench. On the year, Caruso has averaged 5.7 points, 2.5 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.8 steals in 18.8 minutes per contest through 15 regular-season games.

Caruso (quad) will remain on the inactive list for Friday's game versus Dallas, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports. For now, Caruso should be considered doubtful for Wednesday's game in Utah.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Won't return Saturday

Caruso has been ruled out for the rest of Saturday's game against the Hornets due to right hand soreness, Marc J. Spears of ESPN.com reports. Caruso went to the locker room in the first quarter due to a hand injury that is severe enough for the veteran guard to not return to Saturday's game. Isaiah Joe and Ajay Mitchell are poised to see more minutes off the bench for the rest of the contest in Caruso's absence.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Strong line in 17 minutes

Caruso closed Wednesday's 121-92 victory over the Lakers with 10 points (4-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt), four rebounds, three assists and two steals over 17 minutes. Caruso's per-minute production remains elite, but his workload leaves a lot to be desired. Similar to the 2024-25 season, the Thunder keep his minutes down in order to keep him fresh for the playoffs because he's had problems staying healthy in the past. Through nine games, Caruso is on pace for 10th-round value in nine-category formats in 20.9 minutes per contest.

Although he failed to score, Caruso managed to produce a few steals to keep his fantasy value afloat. Through three appearances, the veteran guard has produced averages of 5.3 points, 2.7 assists, 2.0 rebounds, 2.3 steals, 0.7 blocks and 1.3 three-pointers in 23.5 minutes per night.
