  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Double-double streak snaps

Adebayo posted 15 points (6-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and one steal over 41 minutes during Monday's 125-124 overtime loss to Detroit. Adebayo failed to record a double-double Monday after doing so in his last four outings. However, the 27-year-old center continues to prove that his outside shot is a consistent development, as he is attempting 2.9 three-point attempts per contest in 2024-25 compared to just 0.6 last season.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Monster double-double

Adebayo ended Thursday's 114-104 victory over the Raptors with 21 points (8-17 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 16 rebounds, five assists and one block in 35 minutes. Tyler Herro led the Heat in scoring Thursday, but there's no question Adebayo stood out due to his impressive two-way play in this comfortable victory. The star big man has recorded four double-doubles in a row while dishing out at least five assists in each of those contests. Furthermore, Adebayo has seven double-doubles and one triple-double across his past 10 games, averaging 16.1 points, 11.5 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 1.0 steals per game in that span.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Scores team-high 25 points

Adebayo ended Saturday's 121-111 victory over the Suns with 25 points (9-16 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-8 FT), 12 rebounds, eight assists and one steal across 34 minutes. The Heat caught the Suns in the midst of a horrible downward spiral, and Adebayo took advantage of Phoenix's frontcourt absences with efficiency. His 25 points marked his third-highest scoring total of the season and his best result at home. The standout center is also working on a double-double streak that's extended to three games, with four double-doubles over the past five games.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Remains productive in loss

Adebayo produced 15 points (6-18 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, five assists and one steal over 33 minutes during Monday's 108-89 loss to the Celtics. Adebayo seemed to draw a softer assignment with the Celtics opting to rest Kristaps Porzingis, but he still had some trouble with the defense of Luke Kornet, who rejected a season-high six shots. Adebayo has established himself as a safe fantasy asset in recent seasons, but his surge in three-point attempts per game (2.8) has been a double-edged sword in nine-category leagues, adding another dimension to his value at the cost of a career-low 41.9 percent shooting clip from the field in 19 games this year. Fantasy managers hope Adebayo's efficiency will climb back up closer to his career norms as the second quarter of the 2024-25 campaign gets underway, but the 27-year-old, three-time All-Star is averaging a productive 14.2 points, 10.7 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.3 three-pointers in 35.3 minutes per game over his last six outings.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Grabs season-high 20 rebounds

Adebayo closed with 13 points (5-13 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 20 rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 39 minutes during Sunday's 119-116 loss to the Raptors. Adebayo beat his previous season-high rebound mark by a wide margin and was the clear winner inside despite a good performance from Jakob Poeltl. Adebayo has recorded eight double-doubles over his past eight games and will look to keep the streak going against the Celtics on Monday.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Records triple-double

Adebayo racked up 14 points (6-16 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 10 rebounds, 10 assists and three steals across 35 minutes during Friday's 121-111 win over the Raptors. Adebayo didn't have his best shooting performance and needed 16 shots to score 14 points. However, fantasy managers won't be too worried about his lack of efficiency if he can continue to put up outstanding numbers in other categories like he did Friday. This was Adebayo's first triple-double of the season, and he also has notched five double-doubles in 13 outings since the beginning of November.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Three-point streak at six games

Adebayo notched 16 points (6-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, five assists and one steal in 31 minutes during Tuesday's 106-103 loss to Milwaukee. Somewhat under the radar, Adebayo has developed a consistent three-point shot. The 27-year-old center has drained at least one trey in six straight games, averaging 19.0 points, 10.0 boards, 4.2 assists, 1.7 threes and 1.3 steals over that stretch while shooting 50.6 percent from the floor and 55.6 percent (10-for-18) from long distance.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Mixed bag Monday

Adebayo finished Monday's 106-89 victory over the 76ers with five points (2-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt), 13 rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals over 32 minutes. The veteran center led all rebounders on the night, and the 13 boards were one short of Adebayo's season high. The five points were also a season low, however, as the Heat's other stars deferred to a returning Jimmy Butler. Through 13 contests, Adebayo is averaging 16.3 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.8 steals, 1.2 blocks and a surprising 0.8 threes on 31.3 percent shooting from long distance. The extra volume from beyond the arc is cutting into his field-goal percentage, which sits at a career-low 42.6 percent, but most of that decline is due to tough luck on short-range attempts that should improve as the season progresses.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Strong in paint in defeat

Adebayo posted 24 points (9-18 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-5 FT), eight rebounds and two assists across 40 minutes during Sunday's 119-110 loss to Indiana. Adebayo once again held things down in the paint for Miami, leading all Heat players in rebounds while finishing as one of three players with 20 or more points in Sunday's defeat. Adebayo has now posted at least 20 points and eight boards in three straight contests.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Dominant outing vs. Pacers

Adebayo finished Friday's 124-111 win over the Pacers with 30 points (10-17 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 8-9 FT), 11 rebounds, seven assists and five steals over 39 minutes. Adebayo tied a season high with five steals Friday and logged his second straight double-double, his sixth of the 2024-25 regular season. It was also the second time this season that Adebayo scored at least 30 points, and his increased involvement on offense will be necessary for as long as Jimmy Butler is out due to a right ankle sprain. In the three games Butler has been sidelined, Adebayo has averaged 19.7 points, 10.0 rebounds and 5.7 assists across 40.4 minutes per game.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Nabs double-double in defeat

Adebayo ended Tuesday's 123-121 overtime loss to Detroit with 20 points (8-13 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 12 rebounds, three assists and one block across 44 minutes. Adebayo produced a bounce-back game after scoring only nine points and shooting 3-for-11 from the field in Sunday's win over Minnesota. The big man secured his fifth double-double of the season and notched the second-highest scoring mark on the club behind Tyler Herro (40) Tuesday. Through 10 regular-season outings, Adebayo has averaged 15.3 points, 9.1 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.4 blocks across 34.8 minutes per game. The 27-year-old has struggled with consistency thus far and is shooting only 40.7 percent from the field.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Logs five steals

Adebayo produced 12 points (5-21 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds, six assists, one block and five steals over 34 minutes during Wednesday's 115-112 loss to the Suns. Adebayo struggled offensively, making fewer than 25 percent of his attempts from the field en route to his fifth game with 12 or fewer points this season. He made up for the offensive inefficiencies on the defensive end, compiling his fifth career five-steal game. Through seven games, Adebayo is averaging 14.9 points, 9.0 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.4 blocks across 32.4 minutes.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Fills stat sheet Monday

Adebayo logged 16 points (7-15 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-5 FT), nine rebounds, five assists, four blocks and three steals across 36 minutes during Monday's 111-110 loss to Sacramento. The Heat came up short Monday in a thrilling contest, but Adebayo made his presence felt on both ends of the court with a dominant effort -- he recorded at least three tallies in each of the five major categories while shooting at an efficient clip from the floor. Adebayo has endured a relatively slow start as a scoring weapon, as he's surpassed the 15-point mark in just two of his six contests, but the star big man will continue to deliver value in other areas. Given his history, the 27-year-old should eventually figure things out on the offensive end.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Monster double-double vs. Wizards

Adebayo closed with 32 points (12-24 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 14 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 31 minutes during Saturday's 118-98 win over the Wizards. Adebayo hadn't scored more than 12 points over the first four games of the regular season, but he dominated Saturday and finished as the leading scorer for the game. He was 0-for-8 from three going into the contest, but he managed to connect on three triples as he worked on expanding his range during the Olympics and offseason. Adebayo will look to carry his momentum into Monday's clash against Sacramento.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Struggles on Opening Night

Adebayo posted nine points (1-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 7-10 FT), five rebounds and one assist in 26 minutes during Wednesday's 116-97 loss to Orlando. Adebayo played just 26 minutes during the Heat's regular-season opener, as the game started to get out of hand in the second half. While the 27-year-old big man seems set to take more than his 0.6 three-point attempts per game from last season, he was unable to connect from downtown against Orlando. Adebayo tied Jimmy Butler for a game-low minus-30 point differential.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Anchoring starters Wednesday

Adebayo is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's season opener versus Orlando. Adebayo is joined by Terry Rozier, Tyler Herro, Jimmy Butler and Nikola Jovic to comprise the first unit for Miami on Opening Night. Adebayo averaged 18.8 points and 9.3 rebounds across four contests versus Orlando last season.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Set to play against Orlando

Adebayo (rest) is available for Wednesday's game versus the Magic. Adebayo will return to action Wednesday alongside most of the team's starters after sitting out Miami's preseason finale for rest purposes. The 27-year-old big man has shown an improved outside shot during the preseason and will likely look to increase his average of 0.6 three-point attempts per contest from last season.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Sitting out Friday

Adebayo won't play in Friday's preseason finale against the Grizzlies for rest purposes, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports. Adebayo will sit out Miami's preseason finale alongside most of the team's starters. However, the star big man should be able to suit up for the Heat's regular-season opener against Orlando on Oct. 23.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Extends range in preseason

Adebayo tallied 13 points (5-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-3 FT), three rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 17 minutes in Tuesday's 111-108 preseason loss to the Hornets. Adebayo led the Heat starters in minutes played and points. He averaged just 0.6 3PA/G during the 2023-24 regular season, but the three-time All-Star has worked on extending his range during the offseason and the Paris Olympics. Adebayo averaged 19.3 points per game during the regular season last year, but that bumped up to 22.6 points per contest during the Heat's first-round playoff series against the Celtics due to Jimmy Butler being sidelined with an MCL sprain. With Butler entering his 14th NBA season, Adebayo could be tasked with taking on a larger scoring role during the 2024-25 campaign.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Efficient off bench

Adebayo recorded 18 points (8-10 FG, 2-3 3Pt), seven rebounds, two blocks, one assist and one steal in 21 minutes during Team USA's 103-86 win over South Sudan on Wednesday. Adebayo didn't see much volume during Sunday's win over Serbia, but he was much more efficient during Wednesday's matchup despite coming off the bench once again. His impact could regress if Joel Embiid returns to the team's rotation, but it was encouraging to see him lead the club in scoring while tying for team-high marks in rebounds and blocks during Wednesday's matchup.
