  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Posts team-high 28 points

Gilgeous-Alexander registered 28 points (11-25 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds, four assists and one block across 33 minutes during Friday's 99-83 victory over Phoenix. Gilgeous-Alexander turned in a diverse line against the short-handed Suns. The Thunder also needed to fill the hole left by Chet Holmgren (pelvis), but they logged their third straight victory without his services thanks to continued strong play from their marquee point guard.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Fills stat sheet Wednesday

Gilgeous-Alexander closed with 29 points (12-25 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, five assists, two blocks and two steals across 33 minutes during Wednesday's 106-88 victory over the Pelicans. Gilgeous-Alexander posted a career-high 45 points in the win over the Clippers on Monday, and while he didn't repeat those numbers in this win, he was nearly unstoppable on both ends of the court. He recorded at least two tallies in each of the five major categories, and the star guard continues to be a nightmarish matchup for opposing defenses. He's averaging 28.9 points, 6.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.0 blocks per game since the beginning of November.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Explodes for career-high 45 points

Gilgeous-Alexander posted 45 points (13-21 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 15-16 FT), nine assists, five steals, three rebounds and two blocks across 39 minutes in Monday's 134-128 win over the Clippers. With Chet Holmgren (hip) and Isaiah Hartenstein (hand) both out, Gilgeous-Alexander was the tallest player in the Thunder's starting five, though that didn't stop him from producing a career-high 45 points in a high-scoring victory. The superstar also tallied a season-high seven steals-plus-blocks, with five of those coming in the first quarter. Gilgeous-Alexander was able to score from anywhere Monday, and he lived from the charity stripe with a season-high 16 free-throw attempts. The 26-year-old has scored 20-plus points in all but one matchup thus far, and he has been a problem for opposing teams on both sides of the ball through 11 regular-season outings.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Goes for 24 points Sunday

Gilgeous-Alexander supplied 24 points (6-17 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 12-14 FT), five rebounds, four assists and one block in 34 minutes during Sunday's 127-116 loss to the Warriors. Gilgeous-Alexander didn't have his best shooting performance, but he salvaged his fantasy performance by scoring 50 percent of his output from the charity stripe. The star point guard has eclipsed the 20-point mark in six straight games while posting solid numbers across all categories. He's averaging 26.2 points, 6.3 assists, 4.7 rebounds and a combined 1.4 steals-plus-blocks per game in that six-game stretch.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Pours in 29 points in victory

Gilgeous-Alexander posted 29 points (11-16 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 6-7 FT), five rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal over 29 minutes during Friday's 126-107 win over Houston. Gilgeous-Alexander joined Chet Holmgren atop the box score with 29 points, which is on the upper end of his results through the first three weeks of the season. There's no significant drop-off from his typical seasonal averages right now, making him a safe elite fantasy asset in all formats.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Scores 28 points in loss Wednesday

Gilgeous-Alexander amassed 28 points (10-19 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 8-10 FT), two rebounds, six assists, one block and one steal across 39 minutes during Wednesday's 124-122 loss to the Nuggets. Gilgeous-Alexander did what he could to lift the Thunder to victory in this one, but his efforts weren't enough, as OKC was unable to slow down Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets down the stretch. Despite the loss, Gilgeous-Alexander continues to deliver solid numbers across the board. He's scored over 20 points in all but one of his seven outings to date and is averaging 26.0 points, 6.8 assists, 6.0 rebounds, 1.6 steals and 1.0 blocks per contest.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Sniffs double-double

Gilgeous-Alexander finished Saturday's 105-92 win over the Clippers with 25 points (7-14 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 9-9 FT), three rebounds, nine assists and one block over 31 minutes. Gilgeous-Alexander carried the Thunder to a solid win Saturday, and he posted an impressive line in both quantity and efficiency. The star point guard finished just one assist away from recording a double-double, but he does enough on both sides of the ball, even if he's not delivering double-digit dimes regularly. Through six appearances, Gilgeous-Alexander has only one double-double but is averaging 26.5 points, 6.7 rebounds and 6.5 assists per contest.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Pours in efficient 30 in win

Gilgeous-Alexander chipped in 30 points (12-18 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 5-6 FT), seven rebounds, six assists and one steal across 28 minutes during Friday's 137-114 win over Portland. The Thunder never trailed as they romped to their fifth straight win, and Gilgeous-Alexander led the charge with his second 30-point performance of the season. He's actually had difficulty finding his shooting stroke so far, draining just 25.6 percent (10-for-39) of his three-point attempts, but SGA has compensated by producing 7.4 boards, 2.2 steals and 1.2 blocks a game -- marks which would all be career highs if the 26-year-old guard can maintain them.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Inefficient against Spurs

Gilgeous-Alexander contributed 18 points (7-20 FG, 2-10 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, five assists and one steal across 28 minutes during Wednesday's 105-93 victory over San Antonio. Gilgeous-Alexander scored his fewest points of the season Wednesday despite the Thunder coming out on top. The star guard has started off the season shooting poorly, converting just 27.3 percent of his 8.3 three-point attempts per contest. This uptick in volume is also worth noting, as Gilgeous-Alexander attempted just 3.6 three-point attempts per game in 2023-24.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Posts monster line in win

Gilgeous-Alexander ended Sunday's 128-104 victory over the Hawks with 35 points (11-24 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 10-11 FT), 11 rebounds, nine assists, three blocks and three steals over 36 minutes. Gilgeous-Alexander delivered another impressive showing Sunday and outplayed Trae Young in a battle between two of the most productive point guards in the early stages of the season. This was Gilgeous-Alexander's first double-double of the campaign, and the fact that he ended just one assist shy of a triple-double shows how impactful he was on both ends of the court. It's still early in the campaign, but the Thunder star is already averaging 28.7 points, 8.7 rebounds, 6.3 assists, 3.0 steals and 2.0 blocks per game to open the 2024-25 season.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Stuffs stat sheet Saturday

Gilgeous-Alexander notched 23 points (9-21 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and four steals across 30 minutes in Saturday's 114-95 win over the Bulls. Gilgeous-Alexander was one of three Thunder players who scored 20-plus points in this win, and while he didn't fill the stat sheet as well as he did in Thursday's season-opening win over the Nuggets, he still delivered an impressive performance. Gilgeous-Alexander's ability to stuff the stat sheet while being an excellent scorer makes him a stud in fantasy across all formats -- even on off nights like Saturday during which his shot isn't falling.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Spins up 28 points in opener

Gilgeous-Alexander produced 28 points (11-24 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), seven rebounds, eight assists, three blocks and two steals over 36 minutes during Thursday's 102-87 win over Denver. Gilgeous-Alexander matched his 28 points with excellent results in every secondary category, including an uncharacteristic three blocked shots. The standout point guard's supporting cast didn't do much outside of Chet Holmgren's 25 points. Gilgeous-Alexander will need more support if the team wants to compete in the West, but a win over the Nuggets is a great way to kick things off.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Efficient in preseason loss

Gilgeous-Alexander scored 15 points (5-7 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT) while adding two rebounds, six assists and a block across 19 minutes in Wednesday's 122-113 preseason loss to the Rockets. Gilgeous-Alexander was one of the best players in the 2023-24 NBA season, and that doesn't figure to change in 2024-25 as long as he remains healthy. Preseason stats are almost meaningless for star players, but if this game serves as any indication, then the star floor general is ready for the regular-season opener against the Nuggets on Oct. 24.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Expected to play Wednesday

Gilgeous-Alexander (rest) is expected to play in Wednesday's preseason game against the Rockets, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports. Gilgeous-Alexander was given the night off Monday to rest, but he was a full go at Tuesday's practice and all signs point to him suiting up against Houston. There's been no word of any injuries, to be clear.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Won't play Monday

Coach Mark Daigneault said Sunday that Gilgeous-Alexander (rest) will not play in Monday's preseason opener against the Spurs, Nick Gallo of the Thunder's official site reports. Gilgeous-Alexander will sit out Monday, and it is unclear how much the superstar will play during the preseason. The All-Star's absence will allow the club an extended look at Cason Wallace and Ajay Mitchell. Gilgeous-Alexander's next opportunity to suit up in the preseason will come Wednesday against the Rockets.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Drops 20 points in win

Gilgeous-Alexander posted 20 points (5-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 9-13 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one steal in 27 minutes during Canada's 88-85 win over Spain on Friday. Gilgeous-Alexander has unsurprisingly been integral to Canada's undefeated run in the group stage of the Olympics, and he's scored at least 20 points in two of his three appearances. He was particularly effective from the charity stripe Friday and drained several late free throws to help clinch the win. Gilgeous-Alexander should remain heavily involved during the knockout round.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Team-high seven assists in win

Gilgeous-Alexander posted 21 points (5-10 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 9-10 FT), seven assists, five rebounds, two blocks and one steal across 30 minutes in Canada's 86-79 win over Greece in the Paris Olympics on Saturday. While Greece tried to contain Gilgeous-Alexander, he continued to find a way to score and feed his teammates along the way. The All-Star had a team-high seven assists, and he also led the team in blocks. The 26-year-old will likely continue to serve as the No. 1 option for Canada, and his ability to score and find his teammates will be an extremely important factor in the squad's potential success.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Starring for Canada

Gilgeous-Alexander is on the Canadian national team's roster for the 2024 Paris Olympics. After coming in second for the KIA NBA Most Valuable Player for 2023-24, Gilgeous-Alexander is set to focus his offseason efforts on the Olympics. In a team littered with NBA talent, Canada has expectations to compete for a medal in Paris. Even alongside players like Jamal Murray, RJ Barrett, Luguentz Dort and Andrew Nembhard, Gilgeous-Alexander should operate as the squad's go-to scorer.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Shines in Game 4 victory

Gilgeous-Alexander totaled 34 points (14-27 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 6-6 FT), eight rebounds, five assists, two blocks and two steals in 42 minutes during Monday's 100-96 victory over the Mavericks in Game 4 of the Western Conference Semifinals. Despite dealing with one of the best backcourt combos in the NBA in Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, Gilgeous-Alexander continues to deliver outstanding numbers every time he steps on the hardwood. He surpassed the 30-point threshold in just one of the four games in the opening-round series against the Pelicans, but he's been asked to do more this time around, and he's now on a run of three straight outings with 30-plus points. He's averaging 31.8 points, 9.8 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game in the series against Dallas, with Game 5 scheduled for Wednesday at Paycom Center.

  • Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander: Sniffs triple-double in Game 2 loss

Gilgeous-Alexander had 33 points (13-24 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 12 rebounds, eight assists, two blocks and one steal across 41 minutes during Thursday's 119-110 loss to the Mavericks in Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals. Gilgeous-Alexander finished just two assists away from recording a triple-double, but his outstanding two-way play was not enough as the Thunder came up short in Game 2 of the series. The loss shouldn't take anything away from Gilgeous-Alexander's impact from a fantasy perspective. He's averaging 28.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game across six playoff contests.
