One day after coming off the practice squad, Browns rookie quarterback Connor Shaw played well for three quarters before fading in a Sunday loss to host Baltimore.
Shaw showed nice touch early and highlighted his afternoon with a 49-yard pass to wideout Taylor Gabriel in the third that set up a touchdown. But he became quite inaccurate thereafter, hitting just 4 of 12 for 25 yards and a killer interception in the final quarter. He finished 14 of 28 for 177 yards and no scores.
