Two concussed Browns have been declared inactive for their Week 11 game against Houston. They are tight end Jordan Cameron and defensive back Johnson Bademosi.
The healthy scratches are wideout Rodney Smith, cornerback Pierre Desir, running back Glenn Winston, offsensive lineman Vinston Painter and linebacker Keith Pough.
