The Browns cut RB Armond Smith and signed RB Adonis Thomas, according to the Plain Dealer, which cited a league source. Thomas rushed for 1,071 yards at Toledo in 2011 and performed well in rookie minicamp. The Plain Dealer also reported that the Browns have signed free agent LB JoJo Dickson.
