Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is looking like a Fantasy bust through two games. He's just not doing enough to help Fantasy owners.
So far this season against Carolina and San Francisco, Wilson has 28 Fantasy points combined. He's passed for just 462 yards, two touchdowns and one interception and has 15 carries for 40 yards. He only attempted 19 passes against the 49ers.
This week against the Jaguars, Wilson could again be just managing the game. He could obviously have his way against Jacksonville, but the Seahawks won't need him to do much outside of hand off to his running backs.
We'd only start Wilson if needed this week, but plenty of No. 2 quarterbacks have higher upside like Sam Bradford, Carson Palmer, Andy Dalton and even Terrelle Pryor. We hope Wilson will eventually turn into a playmaker who can benefit Fantasy owners, but right now he's not worth starting in the majority of leagues.
