Falcons' Adam Gettis: Signs with Atlanta
Gettis signed a contract with the Falcons on Wednesday, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Gettis played in three games and made one start for the Giants last season. The 30-year-old now joins a Falcons team that already signed guards James Carpenter and Jamon Brown this offseason. He's not a lock to make the final 53-man roster, but Gettis should be a favorite to earn one of the primary depth roles along the interior of the offensive line.

Adam Gettis: Let go by Tampa
Gettis was released by the Buccaneers on Tuesday, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.
Gettis re-signed with the team back in March after spending the last couple of weeks of the 2017 regular season in Tampa Bay. He was expected to play a reserve role on the offensive line this season, but his release is a result of the team needing a roster spot for the signing of defensive back Marcus Williams.

Buccaneers' Adam Gettis: Remains in Tampa Bay
Gettis signed a one-year contract with the Buccaneers on Monday.
Gettis joined Tampa Bay in December but did not see the field in his two games with the team. The 29-year-old is likely to serve as a reserve interior offensive lineman if he is able to crack the Buccaneers' 53-man roster in 2018.

Buccaneers' Adam Gettis: Joins Tampa Bay
The Buccaneers signed Gettis to a contract Wednesday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
The addition of Gettis will restore some depth on the interior of the offensive line after J.R. Sweezy (lower leg) was placed on injured reserve. Look for Gettis to act as the primary backup to Joe Hawley at right guard for the Buccaneers' final two games of the season.

Giants' Adam Gettis: Lands on injured reserve
Gettis (foot) was placed on the Giants' injured reserve list Monday.
Gettis has spent the majority of the previous three seasons on the Giants practice squad. While he was competing for a spot on the final roster during training camp, his odds of doing so were believed to be slim. He will now spend the entire 2017 season on IR with a foot injury.
