Broncos' Ron Leary: Proclaims health
Leary (concussion) announced Thursday that he's healthy and has resumed training, Troy Renck of Denver 7 News reports.
Leary missed the final four games of the 2019 regular season due to a brain injury, but it looks as though he's now cleared the league's concussion protocol and returned to full health. The Broncos are not expected to pick up the 30-year-old's option for 2020, in which case Leary will look to catch on elsewhere in the league as an unrestricted free agent.

Broncos' Ron Leary: Status for Week 14 uncertain
Leary (concussion) said Thursday that he's "iffy" about his availability for Sunday's tilt against the Texans, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
Leary was forced out of Week 13's win over the Chargers, causing Austin Schlottmann to take over at right guard. He'll need to fully clear the league's five-step protocol for head injuries before retaking the field, the last stage of which includes meeting with an independent neurologist.

Broncos' Ron Leary: Managing sore knee
Leary was held out of Monday's preseason game against the 49ers due to knee soreness, Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic reports.
Leary received medical clearance from his Achilles injury back in June, but he's been limited recently by the knee soreness. The 30-year-old has been ending practices early to receive treatment so it doesn't appear to be a serious issue, but the Broncos are likely to remain cautious with the regular season only a couple weeks away.

Broncos' Ron Leary: Limited for OTAs
Leary (Achilles) will be limited for the start of OTAs on Monday, Ryan O'Halloran of The Denver Post reports.

Broncos' Ron Leary: Set to remain in Denver
Leary (Achilles) should remain with the Broncos in 2019 as $5.35 million of his $8.15 million salary is guaranteed against injury, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.
Leary would need to pass a physical by March 17 in order to void the injury guarantee, which is entirely improbable after suffering a torn Achilles' tendon in October. The Broncos could still part ways with the veteran guard, but the injury guarantee minimizes the potential cap savings the move would bring under non-injury circumstances. Leary's availability for the start of the season remains up in the air as he continues his recovery.
