Daniel Kilgore: Announces retirement
Kilgore announced Monday that he will retire from the NFL after 10 seasons, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Kilgore played for the 49ers, Dolphins and Chiefs during his NFL career. Across 98 career games, the highlights of Kilgore's career are his appearances in Super Bowl XLVII (with the 49ers) and Super Bowl LV (with the Chiefs).

Chiefs' Daniel Kilgore: Cleared for big game
Kilgore (undisclosed) was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list and will be available for the Super Bowl against the Buccaneers on Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Kilgore was expected to miss the remainder of the 2018 campaign because of the triceps injury, so his placement on IR shouldn't come as much of a shock. The Dolphins signed Wesley Johnson on Tuesday to add some depth at center.
