Urban jogged to the medical tent during the second quarter and is now having concussion symptoms monitored. Baltimore made Aeneas Peebles a healthy scratch Sunday, so the team is thin along the defensive line. CJ Okoye could be asked to log more defensive snaps while Urban is out.

The Ravens signed Urban off their practice squad Saturday.
The veteran defensive lineman was elevated for the Ravens' Week 3 loss to the Lions, playing 25 defensive snaps and recording one total tackle. With Nnamdi Madubuike (neck) and Broderick Washington (ankle) both moving to injured reserve Saturday, Urban's signing provides needed depth at defensive end. He's expected to start opposite Aeneas Peebles in Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Chiefs.

The Ravens signed Urban to a contract Saturday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Urban was without a team for much of the offseason but will return to Baltimore for a fourth year. He finished the 2024 regular season with 20 tackles (nine solo) and two pass defenses in 13 games. Urban should return to his role as a rotational defensive end behind Broderick Washington and Nnamdi Madubuike.

Urban (concussion) practiced in full Friday and does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers.
Urban missed the Ravens' last two games while in the league's concussion protocols. He was able to practice in full all week, and now that he has been cleared by an independent neurologist, Urban will be able to return for Sunday's AFC North clash. In the five regular-season games before suffering the concussion in Week 8 against the Browns, Urban registered 11 tackles (six solo) and one pass defense.
