    Allen announced his retirement from football Sunday, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.

    Allen spent the first six seasons of his career in Atlanta before joining the Bengals on a one-year deal ahead of the 2021 campaign. The 30-year-old appeared in 91 games across his seven-year career and logged 355 tackles (256 solo), a sack, 11 interceptions, 26 pass defenses and a fumble recovery.
