Raiders' Kony Ealy: Signs on with Raiders
Ealy inked a contract with the Raiders on Wednesday, Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
While Ealy was part of the active roster earlier in the season, he was buried on the depth chart and didn't have an opportunity to take the field. With the Raiders dealing with multiple injuries along the defensive line this time around, Ealy could make his 2018 debut Sunday.

Ealy signed a contract with the Raiders on Nov. 5, but failed to appear in Sunday's game against the Chargers. The former second-round pick will look to revive his career elsewhere.

Ealy signed a contract with the Raiders on Monday, Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
Ealy's place on the 53-man roster comes at the expense of fellow defensive end James Cowser. The former second-round pick recorded at least four sacks in each of his first three NFL seasons, and is expected to serve a depth role in Oakland's 4-3 defense.

Kony Ealy: Released by Dallas
Ealy was cut by the Cowboys on Friday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Ealy was a second-round pick of the Panthers in 2014 and recorded at least four sacks in each of his first three NFL seasons. After a down year with the Jets in 2017 during which the 26-year-old logged only 14 tackles and one sack, it seems that a comeback season with the Cowboys wasn't in the cards. Ealy will become an unrestricted free agent if he clears waivers unclaimed, and he'll now look to latch on to another roster elsewhere.

Cowboys' Kony Ealy: Signs with Dallas
Ealy signed a contract with the Cowboys on Thursday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Ealy spent last season with the Jets, recording just 14 tackles, including one sack, on the year, though he did add an impressive nine passes defensed, including one interception. A second-round pick of the Panthers in 2014, Ealy fell off from the form of his first three seasons, which saw him record at least four sacks each year. He'll be looking to bounce back from what was a down season, though he'll likely be a bit buried on the Cowboys depth chart and have to earn any snaps he eventually gets.

Ealy was a late addition to the Jets' injury report on Friday after suffering a minor knee injury in practice at some point, but the defensive end will be able to suit up in Week 17. He could see an increased role as well, while starter Muhammad Wilkerson (coach's decision) has been ruled out.

Ealy's release from New England was surprising considering the success he's had early in his career. It seems like there were a fair amount of suitors interested in Ealy's services, but the Jets were able to snag the 25-year-old thanks to the team's high priority on the waiver wire. Ealy will slide into a strong defensive front and perhaps be stuck behind the likes of Muhammad Wilkerson, Leonard Williams and Sheldon Richardson for the time being.

Kony Ealy: Cut by Patriots
Ealy was released by the Patriots on Saturday, Greg A. Bedard of the Boston Sports Journal reports.
Ealy was traded to the Patriots along with a third-round draft pick in exchange for a second-round selection in March, but he reportedly didn't fit into the Patriots' defensive scheme. His release opens a starting spot at defensive end that could be filled by either Geneo Grissom or Deatrich Wise.
